I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation after reading so many negative comments about cleanliness and comfort. I found the hotel to be clean, in a good state of decor, the room was warm and the bed was very comfortable. My single room was more than adequate for my stay. Yes, the entrance door was closed when I arrived but a phone call to the number given resulted in my being admitted within minutes by a most welcoming gentleman. Location is great for theatres, the art gallery, the seafront and a short ten minute walk gets you into town. There is plenty of free street parking in the area and parking outside the hotel is permitted between 6pm and 8am.

Facing the beachfront, The Majestic Hotel offers 3-star accommodations in Eastbourne and has a terrace, restaurant and bar.

we booked last minute. very welcoming and accommodating staff, they managed to make sure we had our two rooms next to each other. the hotels and rooms are clean, but outdated but good value, exactly what we needed.
