The room was disappointing - very small and therefor poorly furnished. The Limes is a place for functions not as a hotel

I thought the room and facilities were very good for the price and the staff were very helpful Stains on bed covers badly chipped paintwork and cobwebs in on-suite, just required a touch of paint and a good clean. Just a few niggly things otherwise it would have been an excellent stay

So sorry to say that the Limes needs some help. Could contact no-one after 8.00pm, bar and restaurant shut even though the hotel was full. No staff around in the morning to pay for breakfast! Gave up in the end. Such a shame as the owner was very hospitable when we arrived.

The staff - very friendly, pleasant to talk to, professional The cleanliness of the room Quality of the breakfast The location Breakfast not set up - a bit odd to have a breakfast buffet brought to the table in relays.

very friendly staff, especially the old sea dog who runs it. Very nice chap and very organised, unlike some of the staff who are really work in progress but very enthusiastic. Nothing really, had a fantastic night and would certainly go back. The breakfast was superb.

Ruhige Lage. Gute Erreichbarkeit von der M42. Schöner Garten. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Kleines Zimmer. Bettwäsche mit Blutflecken. Enges Bad. Nach der Bestätigung über booking.com wurde die Zimmerkategorie geändert. Unruhiges Mittagessen: Staff möblierte ständig die Tische um.

I have stayed here before but the standards have slipped. I will not be staying here again. The staff are non existent. There were cobwebs everywhere in the room. The shower was FREEZING cold it was an electric one but there was no pressure either and to top it off it was filthy with mould and mildew. All in all a cheap budget hotel would be better to stay in at least they are cleaned and have working facilities.

I loved the quiet location, yet the easy access to the city & motorway network. The standard of facilities & service was excellent - & the price was very reasonable.

The room was big and clean and quite Service is simply "INEXISTANT". I stayed over a week and couldn't have breakfast and diner several times as the reception was closed for some reasons. The room was not made one day. I had to ask to get fresh bed linen after 6 nights! Reception is almost always closed. I wouldn't recomand that hotel at all.

Everything, especially the bed in our room which was Room 1 was absolutely disgraceful, the springs were nearly through the mattress and was impossible to have any kind of sleep without being poked by the springs. Never stayed in such an awful hotel.

Very friendly staff. Lovely bar and restaurant. Check in was surreal. Bar not open Monday and Tuesday makes for a miserable time. Menu was limited for a slightly fussy eater like me.

Friendly staff, previous comments about taking ages to find staff have been resolved. You can page someone from reception if needed. Free wifi was good.
