Ideal location for the whole of North shore. A short walk to the sea. Breakfast was good with ample portions and well presented. Needed a print for a web booking which was done for me without hesitation. Always a smile when being greeted. Had 3 Grandchildren ages 5 - 10 who were made very comfortable in their surroundings. Would return without hesitation.
Sylvia very friendly and helpful .Good quality breakfast.
Small en suite. Dirty carpet in the bedroom and Lino in the toilet - stuck to the floor when standing on the Lino. Smelt of dog when we walked in. The hotel needs a refurb.

Breakfast food was very good and with plenty of variety and choice
Unfortunatly the room (No.1) we were alocated was very small and with no room for bedside tables and no facilities to place clothes over night except on the floor!

Owners very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast superb
Owner very abrupt insisted on knowing what kids wanted for breakfast the evening before when kids didn't know what they wanted. Door latch dropped after midnight so we couldn't get in we had to knock other guests out of bed to get in. Would not go back or recommend to anybody
Roger and Sylvia were lovely hosts very friendly and helpful rooms clean and comfy and breakfast fantastic would definitely visit again
Very clean and very pleasant friendly owners. They made sure we had a good parking spot for our Harley (off the road). The bed was extremely comfortable. As we were touring up as far as Saltburn and down as far as Bridlington this made a great base.

Friendly - seemed like nothing was too much trouble
Details of wifi could have been in room. Forgot to ask and was ready for bed when realised. Very minor point though - to say I didn't like feels too strong
