Our hotel is situated within the North Bay of the popular North Yorkshire seaside town of Scarborough. We are close to all North Bay amenities, as well as having easy access to the town centre and south bay.

Room was very clean. Breakfast very nice. When I phoned ahead the staff were not very polite.

the friendly welcome, the clean comfortable room. Wasn't happy that I wasn't given the option for breakfast when I booked online. It was room only. Found out at the end of my stay that breakfast could have been provided. I don't fault the establishment for this problem

I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Sylvia makes everything to assure the guest have a good stay. I have nothing to complain. She even facilitate me to park the car in the limited space which belongs to the hotel, provided I was ready to move it if other car I was blocking had to leave. I have nothing to complain.

it had everything we needed although it was a bit small,i think this was reflected in the price. the en suite was very small.

We liked that the staff were so friendly. It was nice and quiet, it was nicely decorated throughout. The room was lovely and clean. The reason for our stay was that it was our wedding night, the decor even matched our colour theme for the wedding, it was a close distance to our wedding venue. They served a great quality breakfast, great value for money. We were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Our only regret would be that we didnt book it for another night

We stayed at the Lincoln Hotel in April. The owners were pleasant and welcoming. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel is family friendly. The full english breakfast was great.

the owners were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty the door to the bathroom was very close to the bed, had to be careful when opening the door you didn't bang the head of the person in bed.

Our stay at the lincoln was only for 1 night as we travelled up to scarborough from coventry for a funeral the couple that run the b&b new this was the reason for our visit and they showed real concern for us, and they even asked us how the funeral went when we went back to the b&B. They were a very friendly couple.
