Staff were welcoming when we arrived , free parking was very good. We only stayed for one night and after looking around the shops fancied a drink in the pacific 'cocktail' bar. When we arrived and got served i requested a cocktail menu , to be then told by another member of staff they did not have one , a private party was happening and we shouldnt be there. No where did it say about a private party, we left feeling rather stupid and ended up sitting in the lobby having a drink. We did move into the restaurant where the atmosphere was flat to say the least. Had a cocktail which when arrived had half ice and half alchohol. We ended up back in our room with some drinks from room service to which you have to pay a tray service. |

the closeness to everything the city centre etc. bathrooms were lovely and the added tea etc. in the room was a bonus as in Canada this isn't present. The beds were very comfortable and the lobby was beautiful. The patio was grand outside esp. if you are a smoker. Would love to come back esp. in the warmer months as it was my first time in your city I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends . The parking was an added bonus as we had a car and the fact we got there a bit early and the room was made up is a bonus for travelers as check in was handled efficiently. |

clean and tidy - helpful staff, value for money and a lovely breakfast. Will definitely stay again. if you want a sound, long good night's sleep - don't choose this hotel as it's right next to Liverpool Lime St Station. This did not affect our stay at all though as we went for a night out and were not in the room for long! It's a perfect hotel for walking to the city centre night life. |

The room is a good size & very clean as well as comfortable. The food was good in the Seven Seas Food Diner & was good value for money. The staff helpful & attentive too in the diner. The secure parking was helpful. No one informed you what the arrangements were for getting out of the car park, in that you needed to get a token from reception & sign for it. Also I left something behind in the room & had an accident(slipping in the bath). However when I reported it at reception the staff did not seem particularly interested or concerned about how badly I had hurt my self. They also promised on three occasions to look for the item I had left behind & call me back to confirm it had been found but failed to do so until I asked for the name of the person I needed to write to with my complaint. |

It is an excellent hotel, just downtwn and next to the central railway station. The staff were quite friendly, my room was tidy, clean and nice.Breakfast was delicious . They wanted me to pay for the bill a soon as I arrived even though they already had my credit card number, it was not nice at all, in Italy and in most european countries I visited, they never asked to me.Breakfast time was short, from 06.30 to 09.30 A.M. |

We enjoyed the relaxed and comfortable surroundings, and the 'liner' theme worked well- we particularly liked the vintage suitcases at reception! The food, both at dinner and for breakfast, was excellent, freshly prepared and tasty. Staff were friendly, and helpful with a good local knowledge. We were surprised, and unhappy , that management had made a decision to retain smoking rooms - and unfortunately we were allocated one as we booked last minute. The smell in the room, and along the corridor leading to the smoking rooms, was very unpleasant. Please consider dispensing with this option. |

Tha hotel was very comfortable and quiet -I have previously stayed at the weekend when it was much noisier but this midweek trip was great. The breakfasts were very good with a wide choice of food |

General air of luxury. Liked the fishtank. Not clear where to find the restaurant for breakfast. Also, when found, the food was OK (not brilliant) and the ambiance was awful - crowded (small tables, having to push past other tables), noisy, echoey and generally unwelcoming atmosphere. Reminded me of a really cheap French hotel where they want tou out ASAP. |

the location was very convenient - easy to get taxis and to walk to places of interest. The breakfast in particular was disappointing for a hotel that charges this much per night. It appeared that everthing on offer had been sourced as cheaply as possible. |

Perfect location in the city for train station, university, hospital and shopping. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was very good. Even though the location is close to the train station, there was no noise relating to it. |
