The Liner at Liverpool

Mancata cura della manutenzione della stanza ( lampade fulminate, tenda rotta , cose che una cameriera dovrebbe notare ubito se fa bene le pulizie

L'albergo in una buona posizione, vicino alla stazione di Lime Street e ai centri commerciali. Lo staff gentile e disponibile. La camera era spaziosa e pulita.

Il rumore causato dai gabbiani.

Unica pecca il letto non molto confortevole.

The room was excellent although very warm, the food was lovely and the restaurant and bar staff were without fault. We were 3 girls on a shopping trip and both Liverpool and the Liner did not let us down, the hotel is completely central to all the shopping, and the shopping is unbelieveable......... a fantastic weekend.

The only fault with the Liner was the ignorant, abrupt and totally unprofessional staff on Reception.(on the 1st day we arrived).... These people need a lot of customer service training as they are the first point of contact and have absolutely no manners or respect. We dealt with 3 different girls on the first day we arrived and all 3 were a disgrace to the Liner hotel.

Very close to Lime Street station. Exactly what you need after a long train journey.

Was really good to finally get a good hotel which ticked all the boxes! Staff were knowledgable and friendly, rooms were very clean and staff could not do enough to assist with any queries. Will definitely stay again!

Location. Breakfast v good, as was dinner [beside bar]. Thought bar was cold and glass of large wine was expensive.Girl that was on house keeping very nice and halpful.

Convenient location. Excellent value foe money. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Food in brasserie was very good and excellent value. Staff feiendly and helpful. Design fitted with Liverpool's nautical heritage. Would recommend highly and will return.

Beds a little too soft.

The location is very good as you re in the city centre. The hotel is clean and there is plenty of rbars inside the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was buffet style and very nice, lots of choice. Would definately recommend to friends or family and will be staying again in the near future.

My friend and I went to Liverpool for a shopping trip and booked our stay at The Liner. When we arrived the staff we very polite and extremely helpful. Our room was very nice and clean, with good room facilities. We found the location for shopping, restraunts and entertainment to be brilliant. Even though the hotel location is right next to the train station, we were suprised as to how quiet it was within the room. We had a few drinks at the public castaway bar and found once again the staff to be excellent and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and tidy and we would definatley stay again and recommend it to our friends.

I liked th esize of my bed

The curtains in my room were heavily stained, the wallpaer was peeling in places
