Super location, handy for the coast and coastal towns and also Sandringham, North Norfolk railway, narrow gauge railways, NT properties at Fellbrig and Blickling. Holt and Fakenham are both worth a visit too. Nothing.

The warmth of the welcome from the owners. They saw me arrive as I drove in and waited on me from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. I slept in the single room. It was lovely with a fantastic view over the Golf Course. I could have just laid on the bed and taken in the view for hours - it was SO relaxing!! When they said their breakfast was the best - they weren't lying!!

Everything! The owners, Ron and Frances were attentive, charming , humorous and hospitable. The hotel decor was tasteful, the bedroom - a single - was large and had a superb view. The public rooms were spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was large and freshly cooked. Everywhere was spotless, freshly decorated and WARM. Wish I had been staying longer. The chickens and pea-hen in the large, well-kept gardens added a rustic touch!

The friendly welcome and service at breakfast; the attractive and pristine decor of the whole house; the single room - not many are on offer these days; the obvious care taken in keeping said room clean and welcoming; interesting books to read or even take away; the excellent breakfast, beautifully presented; and the swimming pool, though I didn't get to use it. Nowt, as we say up North.

Friendly welcome from Ron and Frances. The pool was a relaxing way to break up the day. The breakfast was very good. Creaky floorboards and I could easily hear the sounds from the room next door .

The welcome was warm and friendly. The owners were very helpful and gave advice where to visit and eat during the evenings. The rooms were immaculate and clean (we stayed in a premier room). Breakfast food was excellent and freshly cooked. Overall it was a very pleasant x3 day break with quiet surroundings.

The Linksway is in a very nice location and only a 5 minute stroll from the beach, ideally located for golf enthusiasts. The owners were friendly, breakfast was nice, and also cooked a bit earlier for us on 2nd day as we had to leave early. Nice little swimming pool, small tv room with free pool/snooker, all in all a good base, you would need a car to get to Hunstanton itself, probably quite a lengthy walk. Only critisism would be the bathroom, bath a bit on small side, not easy to get out of, also the shower attachment either Hot/Cold for hair wash, very fiddly. But fine for a one or two night stay. Price a bit high compared to other Bed & Breakfasts.

Lovely warm welcome. The pool was a lovely bonus. Excellent breakfast and fast service. If you stay at an hotel facing a gold course you get an early morning wake up call at 6.30am by the tractor mowing the greens opposite but you do get the views over the golf course towards the sea - it's a trade off.

Liked the position as just outside main tourist area, so was quiet and relaxing, but relatively convenient for Hunstanton and surrounding countryside. Was able to enjoy visit to Titchwell rspb reserve which added to the pleaure of the stay.
