Good location, value for money, Clean room.
Pub and hotel are two separate business's I got the feeling the pub did'nt like the hotel being above it. Noisy at night but we were warned before hand.
The location was really close to the heart of Manchester indie culture. It is absolute suitable for fresh traveler.
Location and good pub atmosphere
Rooms very tired looking
the staff are nice. location is good.
little bit noisy when come back early in the evening because of the bar downstairs and the poor sound proof wall.
Above a pub. Price. Location. Friendly staff.
No breakfast. Would not suit a family.
Location, price, the bar,the staff, entertainment.
supply of towels was poor but not much i didn't like.
near to arena and eating and drinking places
rooms need up dating and cleaning and more milk please
ok if you want somewhere to stay close to city centre
nothing that much
dirty and stuffy. no window in the room. Very warm and stuffy. The toilet seat was wooden and the problem was that the wood was scratched badly and hygienically very unsafe as there was no varnish. A lot of noise from downstairs party.
Excellent price, especially for the service you get. Thank you for a nice stay.
Nice room (a part from the noise) but quite expensive.
There is a pub downstairs (all the rooms are in the 1st floor of the building). Well, you might expect some noise at night... Even the bed vibrates because of the Live music from the pub downstairs!!
Liked location and bed was cheap and comfortable.
Noisy till 1am. Bring earplugs.
Two minute walk to the main shopping area, great pub under the accommodation plus lots of other great bars close by.
No breakfast available on site but plenty of other places to go close by.
Comfortable and good value with lively pub below in an excellent location with plenty of pubs and restaurants close by and convenient for public transport
Great location, basic rooms, price not to bad.
Walking through pub to find staff to book in.
No management structure, Bathroom partially functional No night porter Could not gain access due to faulty electronic key, had to go to another hotel
location is great
extremely noisy!! and for the cheap room, it doesn't have a window, but no related information online.
Cheap but not compromising
Nothing, it was fine
Location was very good and central
Too hot in the room. Shower took forever to come on. No air con. Light was very dim and super dark
- Location (close to bus station, lots of pubs) - Good value for money - Let us to leave our luggage after check out
- No wardrobe in the room - Poor light in the room
Dirty mugs, no milk to make a drink and there was only one tea bag. The pub was under going a refurb which made it quite tricky to get in and out off or find staff available to help you
Friendly staff and location. The room was spacious and clean.
I have stayed here in the past due to its location, but it was a nightmare this time!
It was building site, room not very clean and cramped. shower faulty, took 30 minutes to work, staff not helpful at all no toilet roll until final morning of our two night stay, lack of coffee and tea facilities', hairdryer arrived following day after request, the list is endless. No one on site to respond to you and despite being re-assured someone would call me to take my concerns, been back two days and still no call! SHOCKING!
Location was northern quarter and near station so good - it was cheap in every sense
Shower was not working, no tea left for us, noisy during the night, pub seemed shut when we returned but had a few drunk locals in it, stairs to the room went on and on but we had to carry our own bags, owner missing most of the time, 1 small towel to share between two of us
