My husband and I love being able to take our dog on trips with us. This hotel was very accomodating and everyone was very friendly. The location is fantastic for exploring too. We will definately return. Room 11 had disabled access with nice view of the loch. The food was very good and breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked to order. Excellent hotel
Great food, staff, price and location!
Lovely hotel in a amazing location. We were warmly welcomed to the Hotel and booked in for diner. Food was excellent and our waitress was five star. We also loved the feel of the bar. Log fire, friendly quests and nice dog owners to accompany. A much enjoyed stay that we look forward to doing again.
Food was terrific, the menu was sophisticated and presentation and flavours were excellent. Staff were helpful and courteous , location is stunning and walking along the loch was a highlight!
disabled access bathroom was a little unnecessary.
Me and my partner went there for 3 nights,it was amazing from great food to cleanliness 5 stars!thank you
I loved this hotel. The food was great, breakfast was fabulous, bed was like a cloud and I loved the bar where we tried whisky and met locals. Highly recommend!
Food excellent, Menu plenty of choice and reasonably priced. Staff polite and attentive . Pets most welcomed and treated very well . Even bought out a sausage for our dog while we ate breakfast.
The food was excellent very tasty and plenty of it, the staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough and the views were brilliant.
The bed wasn't very comfy and could have done with being a little bit bigger
Area, food at the hotel restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast ok, typical Scottish.
Old rooms, i would say little smelly. Needs to be reconstructed.
Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble Room 12 was superb with patio doors and decking overlooking the loch Good home cooked food Fantastic enormous Scottish breakfast
Loch side view well worth the trip xx
Room wasntvas clean as I'd have like bathroom especially had lots of cobwebs on the extractor fan and the tiles were obviously dirty which I cleaned myseftto wash in a dirty bathroom.
Small barrow beds
The new owners and the staff alike were good fun. The rooms were always warm and we enjoyed our drinks at the bar at night. I aways enjoy looking out over the Loch
If I were to be picky, then I would mention that the ashtrays and bin outside were very seldom empted
The scenery was excellent, however it didnt stop raining for our overnight stay.
Location of room.
Size of hotel. Friendly staff. Location good. Accommodating staff. Definately re book
Self service tea and coffee at breakfast. Breakfast food was fab
Wonderful dining Staff, mornings and evenings. Good food and drink.
I made 1 request with the booking for a quiet room. The location is ultra quiet so no problem there but they put me in a room directly above the dining room speaker - noisy all evening! I reported water leaking out of the toilet and it was not attended to for my whole 4 day stay! Then, with few other guests they put someone right next door with their extractor fan sounding like a noisy washing machine running for 20 mins at a time every time they used the bathroom.
Great little restaurant for breakfast & dinner, lovely location by the water. Good shower.
Location was easy to find, staff were very helpful, room was clean and comfortable and evening meal in the bar was lovely
Veg breakfast wasn't nice - looked good on plate but had obviously been plated up some time before
We travel a lot, and our stay at the Loch Leven was a truly memorable one. We could not fault this establishment ... food 10/10, staff 10/10, comfort 10/10. Well done Loch Leven Hotel, you make the rest look bad! The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't stay longer, but we WILL be back.
- beautiful view of the loch from our room - wonderful staff, cheerful and helpful throughout - good breakfast - really good food at the restaurant in the evening - disappointed we were only able to eat here once!
- location is beautiful next to the loch, but is quite remote (excellent of that's what you're looking for!). Nowhere else to easy in walking distance, but not actually a problem as the hotel food was so good.
Situation looking across Loch Leven, comfortable bed., meals - esp the grilled steak and chicken., pool table.
Lack of atmosphere what could have been a cosy bar
Food was good. Staff friendly. Location great.
Power shower had very little power
Fabulous stay, staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. We will be back. Thank you so much for such a perfect break.
New owners slowly improving the hotel.
superb breakfast great veggie option
