From the moment we arrived to the time we said our farewells, Hilary and her friendly team went the extra mile to make sure our stay with them was as comfotable & enjoyable as it could be. They took care of our soaked walking gear and dried it for us to use the next day. They were happy to accommodate my wife's request to have use of a bath to soak in after a long & arduous hike in the mountains & rain! Our ensuite didn't have one & it was no problem for Hilary to allow my wife to use an unoccupied room that had a bath in the ensuite. It is such small but kind touches as well as the overall ambience that makes this hotel a delight to stay in. Food was very good. Our bedroom was nicely appointed & comfortable. We will be back! The hotel is advertised with wi-fi throughout but due to construction and thickness of the walls, connectivity can be difficult to achieve. My suggestion would be to access wi-fi in the bar/lounge areas, closer to the wi-fi routers. The hotel do advise this in their hotel information pack in the room. |

The location is beautiful, comfortable beds, good service, and wonderful breakfast. The hotel seems very safe, but there are no dead bolts on the doors...just a single turning lock on the door handle. The walls are pretty thin and easy to hear conversations in the hallways and rooms are you pass by in the hallways. Bad reception on the TV and only a few channels are available. |

The friendliness of management and staff and the atmosphere this created. The food in the restuarant. We felt the breakfast I.E. sausage, bacon, mushroom and potato scone was undercooked although very fresh and well presented. This may just be our personal preference and not actually a complaint. |

I loved the location on the loch , the staff were very friendly and a good breakfest menu, room was very clean The evening food menu was basic and could be improved to give a bigger choice and veriety, television in room is set to high on wall thus twisting your neck to watch |

Our stay at this hotel was a very enjoyable experience. The friendly 'family' atmosphere of the staff made you feel straight at home and the room was up to the standard of the rest of the hotel too. The views from the hotel were amazing and the location was great for visitors who want a quiet night in the countryside as they're travelling through the area. |

Overlooking the shore of Loch Linnhe and with magnificent views of the Ardgour Hills, this Victorian guest house is just 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre. |
Stunningly situated by the sea, this stylish hotel offers chic accommodation, facilities and dining. |
The Cruachan combines its traditional Scottish character with modern comforts and an enviable location overlooking Loch Linnhe and the Morvern Hills beyond. |
