Great place very friendly good food
WIFI not good on rooms
Karen and ziggy were great hosts and the meals were very good, large portions also, there was nothing we could fault with the hotel, staff bedroom ect. everything was perfect. We will go again and recommend to anyone.also the locals were very friendly, which you don't allways find in villages. No complaints at all.
The owner was very friendly, and as were staff, plenty of coffee /milk in bedroom. Food was good, but limited dinner menu, we didn't know it was an Indian restaurant.!!
The double bed was against the wall, which made sleeping impossible, too claustrophobic. None of the photos showed a room like that. It looked like it should have been a single room as it was very small.
The area, Breakfast, friendly staff
Creaky bathroom floor
good breakfast, regardless few options: only permutations of the full English breakfast components
The noise from the external air-conditioner compressor keep us awake all the night. Smell of not-so-clean in all common areas. Dirty room carpet Tiny room: we need to put baggage on the bed to open
- attentive service - great and spotlessly clean room - great beer in the pub - really good hearty breakfast - friendly service
Staff were friendly and breakfast was good.
Unable to open window and room needed airing and smelled musty. Air conditioning leaked.
The fact that they advertise 14.00 check in but the place was closed and no answer when I rang the number stuck on their wall very poor customer service.Any travellers please be aware of this
The food, staff and Ziggy.
comfortable bed; good food; friendly staff
Very welcoming, spotless room and lovely fresh bedding. The Lamb jalfrezi was the best I have had in the UK. The breakfast was great with plenty of everything. Guest beer at £2 a pint was a real treat. Go to this place hungry to do justice to the great Indian food.
The room was clean although a little small but the English breakfast was very good. The fact that there is a bar & excellent Indian restaurant on site makes you feel relaxed.
The bed was a wee bit too hard for my liking
very pleasant ambiance and friendly service,
Staff all extremely friendly Modern rooms with air conditioning Easy parking Good food
The owners were welcoming and helpful
The shower in our room did not work we had to use the shower in our friends room.
Greeted like we were friends. Pleasant bar for adrink and mix with locals. Indian food in pleasant restaurant. Best ever curries and spicy dishes - all freshly cooked. Great atmosphere. Comfortable room and secure place to keep our bikes.
Our room was at the front of the hotel and there was a bit of traffic noise. The window was at knee level!
room was a bit smelly
