I've been to this hotel 7 times and the cleanliness of the bar area on the Sunday morning was awful. At 10am there was empty fast food bags and chips on the floor, glasses in the plant pots by front door. The breakfast was basic . Will not stay here again
We booked 2 rooms that night, the 1st room (222) is quite good though is not perfectly clean. Staffs are good though.
The 2nd room (225) is awful! Stinks when we came in, dirty and the beddings looks horrible (brown)?! The worst thing is we can't sleep though we're all tired due to long journey because both room are boiling hot! I don't know if the staff that night only tried to reassure us that room temperature will change after sometime but never happened! My kids didn't enjoy staying there sorry to say.
Its dirty...disgustingly dirty...breakfast absolutely bad
The friendliness of the chefs and the delicious food on the buffet banquet.
Room not really thoroughly cleaned.. Hair everywhere which is not mine.. Check your iron cause it made a mess on my clothes.. Noise can be easily heard from the hallway and other rooms...
Staff Food Drinks
Could not connect wifi in room.
Nothing to like
Dirty, wardrobe falling apart, holes in walls, walls dirty, towels smelt, linin filthy, staff rude, bathroom mouldy, window didnt shut properly, worst stay in a hotel have ever had!
Ok, so the reception looks great, then you head for your room and the lifts dont work, the rug in the hallway is the first clue, filthy! The bed room looked like it was not cleaned before we got there, hairs on the bed, the shower head was disgusting, just didn't bother to shower. Wont be going there again!
Horrible, dirty, very uncomfortable bed. I stayed there once before, but after this stay I am never comming back. Next time I would prefer to sleep in my car.
Room was a small double
Liked the Frankie n bennys type restaurant, nice bar helpful staff would def go again
Didn't really like the fact everyone looking in from road at people eating in restaurant no privacy although looks very modern
facilities seemed tired - badly stained carpets, ensuite bathroom compact - worn vanity, light card had been replaced with emergency red cord - so unsure whether it would alarm. Bad lighing - bedside light not functional. Room booked for 2, but facilities only set up for 1 person.
Uncomfortable bed could feel the springs
Location convenient to my early morning appointment
Dark, dingy room, internal facing room - had to keep window shut for safety. Very hot and stuffy. Uncomfortable bed-plus did not feel clean! I would not stay here again, even if you paid me!
Staff very friendly. Reasonable price. Towels were clean & fluffy.
An awful smell of drains in the room. Shower tray was mouldy. Overall cleanliness not good.
Room and room facilities
Entertainment in room below mine. VERY loud and went on to almost midnight. Can't see how this could have been avoided if in another room. You need to advise your guests that this will be happening and give them the chance to go elsewhere.
the piss stains on my sheets I have pictures on my camera
Price, wifi, efficient. Room was adequate and tidy with all the basics. Shower was excellent. Breakfast was OK. Convenience (near the motorway) to destination, suitable car parking. Online booking was very good experience.
Stuff lying under the bed. Window onto enclosed area. Waiting at reception desk. Slight drains smell. Corridor doors could be quieter
On arrival at 5pm i went straight to my room to find it had not been cleaned from previous guest complained to reception who got me another room(more like a box it was so small)only to find the toilet unflushed and the plug broken in sink, the rest of the room was in a poor condition.did not expect the ritz for the price just somewhere clean
The price; location; reception staff. Food is very good and reasonably priced. Room was OK.
Checked in, went to room, shocked and disappointed as the room had not been made up!! Returned to reception, they are embarrassed, waited a further 15 minutes for a different room. The linen used for the bed was not very inviting.
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Could do with new carpets along corridors
Everything you need for a 1 night stay at a low cost
Staff were very slow, room smelt like dodgy air freshener as if trying to mask a bad smell , breakfast to say the least was basic but ok
DECENT CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AT 6.30AM
ASKING FOR MONEY WITHIN 2 MINUTES OF ARRIVING !
The rooms where hot .sheets not clean .no rooms service and the breakfast was terible
Location next to M5 Excellent choices for continental breakfast Free wifi Gym
Wifi strength needs improving
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower was good. The food was good, from the buffet, though other options would of been nice.
The condition of one room was quite poor, curtains hanging off the rail and holes in the wall in bathroom. The noise from the boy racers revving and racing round in the car park opposite went on for hours most nights.
