The quality of the food
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bedrooms were warm.
Bit of a rabbit warren. Some areas smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
the staff was freinldly and helpful
Great price through Booking . Com thanks
Warmth of Staff
Breakfast food and service poor
The staff ensured I had a quieter room the second visit. It certainly made all the difference.
Comfortable bed. Quiet room and excellent food.
Bed-room was overly hot. A temp 27degrees was recorded. Thermostat had no effect. Survived by keeping window fully open and sleeping on top of bed. 24hour working on nearby roundabout was very noisy but also a lot of night traffic and window open!
Friendly staff, Good food,
My room was near the entertainment or party room. Loud music continued up to 1am.
Staff were lovely and v helpful
Pillows were awful
Trouser press didnt work .Channels on television werent working 4 hairs in sink in bathroom radiator in bathroom only comes on when temperature falls to a certain degree disappointing room.Stay at lodge all the time rooms are always excellent this is first time we were dissappointed.
Hotel was great, staff were lovely, and was a very nice stay. Breakfast was fab! Enjoyed it so much, extended our stay for a second night!
Was a little fiddly extending our stay and had to get our key card reactivated after going all the way to our room which was a little inconvenient. Also room was far away from reception and had to walk through bistro which was a bit weird. But only minor complaints!
I stayed in the Travellers Lodge the size of the bedroom was great the bed was so comfortable no noise, tv and tea making facilities. Very central to the town you could walk in if you wanted. The staff were very attentive and polite, the food was brilliant a good price and plenty of choice, I couldnt have asked for more.
I couldnt say there was anything I didnt like.
The staff were very polite and welcoming also helpful and friendly. Food was excellent but could do with more choice.
The traffic was very noisy . But I expect you can't do anything about that.
Cosy welcoming atmosphere
Glad I was staying in main hotel not annex don't like having to walk through bistro/bar area to access walkway to it. Need to make sure that room in main hotel faces front as flat roof at back & noise & smells from kitchen aircon fan affects several rooms .
Rooms, restaurant and staff were all perfect no complaints will definitely be back.
Friendly staff,good value for money,great breakfast.good location.
Long walk from reception to room.
Spacious room and very comfortable. Room quite warm did not need to use heating. Breakfast of a very high standard and piping hot. Good variety of meals on the menu and staff very friendly and helpful.
Room was quite noisy from the traffic outside on the bypass, even with the window closed. It would be good to have a pool or spa facilities at this location.
I would have preferred to be in the main building rather than the wing(room 223)there wasn't much atmosphere or many people about.
good food and entertainment. Accommodation ok.
old rooms. bed not very comfortable.
Rooms were pretty good, and staff nice enough.
Housekeeping knocked every half hour form 8.30 on Sunday Morning. Do they not get a hint. Also 11 am checkout! Why?
I enjoyed everything staff were lovely food was great it was so relaxing and i would recommend it to all my friends
Great location in Coleraine centre right next to the Asda superstore and petrol station. Very easy to get to straight off the coastal route. Very handy to get direct to all sights such as Dunluce castle and the Causeway but car is a must have. Hotel is very clean, rooms are spotless. Staff very friendly and attentive.
Rooms are basic but suit most needs only downside was that there was no hairdryer or fridge and on the Friday night could hear the dj music until late into the night from a party but that can happen anywhere.
The hotel was fine and the staff friendly & polite. The food was good in an average kind of way. Good parking facilities. Good Wi-Fi reception. Large room with comfortable beds & well stocked tea tray.
We stayed in a room in the Annexe, which has the feel of student accommodation/church or school hall. No lift for easy management of cases. The room needed an update/freshen up. Traffic noise from dual carriage way (ok when window closed) The dining area could do with a sort out & updating. We only stayed one night & saw only the main part of the hotel. The price charged is too much for this room.
