The friendliness of staff nothing was a bother
Staff very helpful and welcoming. Great place to stay, clean and breakfast was lovely.
Staff were great and food excellent
our room was noisy due to proximity of the main raod
Couldn't fault the hotel in anyway we had a great overnite stay and will be back again food was excellent.
We'll appointed with plenty if we'll mannered and friendly staff. Very good food which was very friendly!
Bed two small divans don't make a king size bed!
Have stayed at the lodge quite a few times, never been disappointed!! Excellent good, especially beaKfast, a Carvery is the must too!
The Staff, could not do enough to service you especially in the reception and restaurant
The inconsideration of previous guests smoking in the room even though it is a non smoking hotel, which is clearly displayed.
Location for Coleraine town and excellant breakfasts.
Huge, clean, modern rooms & ensuites, extra large beds, (mine also had a sofa & table / chairs) which were very comfortable, TV, complimentary tea / coffee and toiletries, free wifi throughout, friendly helpful & welcoming staff, free parking and food was delicious in the bistro!
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Would definitely recommend:)
The room was very nice the food was good breakfast had a very good selection to choose from.
we thought a quality hotel like the Lodge would have had a lift to take guests and luggage up to their room.We are able bodied senior citizens but had we not been it would have been very difficult to get up and down. When we booked we were not asked did we need a lift or were we disabled.
Quality of food & parking facilities
No lift to our 1st floor room in what was described as the annex but seemed to actually be the hotels only accommodation. Room a little outdated. Stairs & long walkway to/from room at meal times. Emphasis seems geared to providing excellent restaurant facilities with a quite extensive menu.
Great hotel with plenty of attention to detail and comfort. A refreshing change from the usual major hotel chains.
Comfortable stay with clean modern rooms and facilities. Food was beautiful especially sunday carvery and desserts amazing for the sweet tooth. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back soon and highly recommend. Thank you Thank you
Very comfortable accommodation and delighted with all the facilities e.g. kettle, toiletries. Liked the chocolate on pillow. Breakfast was excellent - big choice and dining area restful & relaxing. It was ideal for my purposes.
Wifi difficult to access. Only tried in bedroom.
Ice machine in corridor
Very good spacious room. Friendly staff
No lift for transporting bags
Rooms were large, well appointed & clean Reception was very good Breakfast was excellent
In Room 135 the incessant & very intrusive noise from the front doors slamming shut as people were coming into the building. Fortunately being a Sunday it was limited to about 11:00pm & between 7:00am & 07:45am on Monday morning. This needs to be resolved & it would be a good hotel. No doubt less of an issue in rooms further away, but I would definitely advise against staying in room 135 unless you are the last to bed & first up
Couldn't get into room til after 4pm due to hotel being busy
Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean.beds were comfortable and breakfast was nice.
We had a pleasent stay but unfortunately there was alot of noise coming from one room in the early hours of the morning.
it was right between portrush and portstewart which made days out great. Food was brilliant, buffet breakfast and staff were very friendly. We ate in hotel on second night got 2 course meal was really lovely, highly recommended
the noise of the pipes at night, they seem to make a rattle noise, apart from that it was grand
The room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast provided was excellent. The staff were efficient and very friendly and helpful.
We stayed in the hotel Annexe and we would have preferred it if there had been a lift rather than stairs. To be fair to the hotel they did offer us assistance with our cases which we declined.
It was home from home. Lovely rooms very reasonable priced and food was great.
