The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The bed linen was nice and crisp. On arrival the room had only been issued with towels for one, despite the booking for 2. The towels, although clean, were on the dull side. The buffet breakfast was not hot, but to be fair we were towards the end of the breakfast time. |

The reception staff thought we were only booked in for one night, hence our room was not cleaned or replenished on the second day. They also tried to charge me £75 per night rather than the £45 p.n. They were not, in our opinion, particularly efficient and although pleasant, not very helpful!! |

The pool and its facilities were very good and it was not too busy. I made a minor complaint about my room when checking out and while the staff were friendly they did not seem concerned over the problems I encountered |

The friendliness of the staff and ability to cope in crisis Sunday breakfast was a shambles because only one poor guy was landed with providing about 50 guests with tea, coffee, toast as well as replenishing the buffet. He deserves a medal but the hotel needs to ensure they can cope under predictably busy conditions - including emergency cover if some were off sick. |

The breakfast service was far too slow. The poor girl was all by herself and couldn't do it all. More staff needed so you don't have to wait 40 min for tea. |

Our double room had a constantly flickering light in the bathroom. As no similar rooms were available we were immediately upgraded to a suite. |

Breakfast arrangements were chaotic on the second morning I stayed there - no juice, no tea or coffee, only a buffet in which most of the food was cold. |

Friendly staff, good facilities Poor location in relation to noise from road/aircraft noise. Also disturbed by dogs barking during the night! |
