Good value, good sized room. Handy for some golf. Very varied and good breakfast with good selection of fruit. Not enough staff. Staff did try, but appeared untrained. Coffee served cold at breakfast |

Enjoyed the steam room and the pool. We complained about the service of a particular member of staff. This was noted and our first morning's breakfast was deducted from the bill. We did feel that she lacked the basics in training and how to deal with customers. |

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was very nice. The rooms feel slightly dated, no extra TV channels available and a lack of air conditioning meant that the room was very warm at night. |

My partner was able to book a round of golf, I was able to use the lovely relaxing beauty treatments(i booked in advance) nice staff. We had booked a double room,we were given a family room on basement level overlooking carpark that smelt of damp, we complained and were moved to a twin room(no double available) overlooking golf course & they reduced our room rate by £20.Was still dissappointed as my partner & I were on a night away from kids n were then in twin beds!Hotel is very tired, old needs some money spent on it.Pool facilities all bit run down. My treatments were fantastic & my partner enjoyed his round of golf, nice course.Breakfast nice.Staff friendly & helpful, shame about initial room problem. |

Great value for money and the stay was very comfortable. Seems they are trying to hang onto their glory days of hosting the European Masters Golf competition but not a bad thing! |

Room was clean and equipped with perfectly adequate facilities. View from the window, looking out over the golf course, was delightful. Also very interesting to watch various batches of golfers doing their thing. Walls were rather thin! |

The hotel is a good base for visiting Norfolk and Suffolk. It has good parking and golf facilities. The food service is a complete disaster. I ordered a chicken pie so they served me a beef pie, without even telling me, because they had run out of chicken. I don't eat beef. Clearly the kitchen staff thought this was acceptable. I also ordered an early breakfast because I had to leave early and it didn't arrive. |

I liked the rooms and the location of the hotel. Rooms were comfortable and had good facilities. The service in the restaurant was incredibly slow and the staff were dismissive and not helpful. |

Infrastructure trop "ancienne". L'appelation "spa" n'est pas à la hauteur , 1 seule personne pour les soins et impossible d'avoir un soin le dimanche ni le samedi d'ailleurs. Piscine "defraichie". Restauration tres tres moyenne et le diner tres long. |
