Sea view, lovely staff, close to everything!
Nothing to dislike!
great breakfast served with no hassle , rooms lovely and warm
hotel very friendly and clean. It was lovely as we had a room at the front of the hotel so the veiw from the window was the sea and it was nice to watch the sun rising in the mornings. We would definately stay in this hotel again the owners were lovely and welcoming also had time to talk to you
We did not like the head lights on side of bed they got very hot. We thought maybe breakfast could have started a little earlier. As three quarters of hour not long enough..
Everything!, room was roomy and clean with excellent views. The bathroom was massive with a bath and a shower with a beautiful view while having a soak!. The breakfast was first class.
Nothing would not change anything.
Everything from the moment we both arrived. A loverly greeting from the owner made us feel very welcome. The room had sea views and was loverly and cosy everything you needed. The staff was delightful well done can not wait to go back again.
Having to come home.
The Location was excellent as it's right on the doorstep to the beach and town. There's a Weatherspoon's literally two minutes away which is very handy, as for the room we couldn't have got a better sea view.
As we are a young couple we thought The London was a bit dated for us but we still enjoyed our stay.
Location and views Staff and service Cleanliness
The price is quite high restricting the number of nights it's affordable to stay and the lift quite old but the location, views and service outweigh this.
Right on the sea front with a full view of the sea, very nice polite staff.
Excellent service, we'd asked if it was possible to have a birthday cake for our elder aunt on her birthday and they went above an beyond for her, made her day special, would definetely stay here again
Bed was a little creaky
The location on the sea front close to Bempton Cliffs. Breakfast well cooked and served after the doors were opened and the queue outside was seated.
Up front non returnable deposit of £80. Not so much a hotel, more a guest house with a regime that suits the owners and staff costs more than holiday makers' needs....breakfast 'any time' between 0830 and 0915! and evening meals at 1700 so that holiday makers can go to concerts...what concerts?
Everything was very nice cannot fault it at all. we will return
There was nothing to dislike at all
the spectacular sea views... The team, who make this one of the best hotels we have stayed in! There isn't anything about the London I could fault...already planning my next visit.
The Room the View,Food, Staff, Owners,Ease of getting around Bridlington, other Guests.
Going Home after our Stay !!!
Staff couldn't do enough for me and my elderly mother with both of us being disabled, me more physically. Nothing was too much trouble, from lifting and carrying our luggage to and from the car, to providing excellent food in their dining room fit for anyone. It was great to see and taste the beautiful local produce. No doubt we will be visiting the area again and I will not hesitate to contact The London again and book one of their beautiful sea view rooms. Thank you for your hospitality, second to none.
Great staff and breakfast was good
Breakfast is limited to 8.30 to 9.15 so a big line when they opened on sunday morning. Lift looks like its from 1920's, no internal door, felt very unsafe, room ok but bed creaked badly. Bathroom clean and ok but not well put together. Could be great with some money, a bar and evening food options.
Every thing that Steven from America says, also stayed in the same room, also it was nice to have a lift(all though small) to the 3rd floor. Have to say Food and Husband and wife and family team very helpful and friendly.
Could have done with a little bar.
A very nice location on North Beach. A warm, comfortable and clean room with good wireless internet. I slept really well with the sound of the waves wafting through the window.
I didn't see any other guests during my stay of 3 nights and it seemed incredibly quiet - which I'm sure will delight many. Breakfast was 8:30 to 9:15 and therefore no use to me as I needed to be away for work at 7:30. However, the staff did prepare a continental breakfast for me each morning. The shower worked perfectly but was fixed a little low on the wall - a small detail.
The hotel was spotless, the food excellent and the sea view from our room (15) was to die for. The staff were exceptional, especially the lady that cleaned our room. The price for the room, food and drink was exceptionally good.
The fact that the London is 300 miles from where we live.
Our second visit in 3 months - it didn't disappoint - can't wait for our next trip................we need to go back soon - to make sure the tide knows when to turn! Everything else is taken care of perfectly by The London
Everything about The London is fabulous. The staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was well cooked, very tasty and plentiful and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The room we had was extremely clean and a great sea view, bed very comfortable. Parking was outside the hotel and not a problem finding a spot, even if there was there is a car park next door and at £2.30 a day its not a problem. The hotel is central for all you need in Bridlington and we will visit again, we would highly recommend The London , those sea views are fab, thank you for a great stay.
Nothing to dislike
The location also the friendly staff would recommend to family and friends all in all we had really nice weekend will be returning again .
the London itself is in a quiet location away from the noise yet only a stroll from all the best restaurants and places to go. On street parking with a free permit right outside our window was a great touch. The views from its position are fabulous and it is probably the cleanest hotel or guest house I have ever stayed in, everywhere was spotless. Room 2 on the first floor with the double aspect bay windows was gorgeous, enormous comfy bed, modern bathroom, wing chair and footstool to gaze out over the sea, I even loved the daily complimentary biscuits that came with the well stocked tea and coffee tin (which I never normally do!) - truly every comfort. Staff were attentive without being too much and we came away really believing that the owners cared. Breakfast choices for every taste. Will stay again for sure. Oh and BOOKS everywhere - even a couple of shelves full in the room, this made me feel very much at home, even though I didn't have time to read any I just loved the fact that they were there!
Nothing - everything was perfect.
The location, the food but more than anything, the staff. Excellent
Being squashed in lift with a suitcase
Location right by the sea so I could hear it at night.
