We were upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi bath and a four poster bed without extra charge. Nothing! All good!

Conveient to town centre, nice garden The resturant was closed as the hotel had no chef one of the reasions we booked the hotel. There was also a problem with the electrics in my room .

Excellent location and good value for money. Stayed over the Easter break and very few other guests hence breakfast (which was very good) was the only meal on offer. Understand the hotel is fuller in the week with business guests.

The location of the hotel was excellent providing easy access to the town of ulverston.the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff also Very friendly.

The gardens were lovely and the lounge was comfortable. Breakfast was easy and sufficient. I thought the pillows could have been fuller and I did not see a lift as we were on the 3rd floor. I found the prices a bit high for the area.
