“ Very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for the management couple. Comfortable accomodation at a good price. The hotel was very well placed for local places to eat, English, Indian, Italian and Chinese food wasreadily available within 10 minutes walk of the hotel. ”

The Loudor is a 4-star family run guesthouse in North Hykeham, 3 miles from the center of Lincoln. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi, homemade breakfasts and free parking. The cleanest and friendly place we have ever stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble. Felt like home. They made you feel so welcome and made you feel like you had known them for years. The extent of their knowledge of so many things made it very interesting talking and listening to them. The food was fantastic all home cooked with fresh local produce. We cannot praise them and their hotel enough. We will definitely be staying with them every time we go to that part of Lincoln. Price wise excellent and well worth the money. nothing!!!!!

Everything about the B&B is lovely and would recommend to anyone to use The owners are a lovely couple and nothing seems to much trouble for them Breakfast is hot and cooked to order which is lovely and you know it's not warmed up yesterday leftovers A suggestion would be to have a microwave for customers to use on a night in case they don't want to eat out.

Welcome and help with luggage etc Family atmosphere. Felt like staying with friends not a faceless establishment. Reasonable cost Breakfast excellent Room very clean, bathroom with good clean facilities No lift to bedrooms but not a show stopper and fully understand why

I was very impressed with how friendly they were, it was very clean, they made us very welcome. I would definitely recommend the Loudor to anyone who would like a cheap but great place to stay in Lincoln. My family will be staying there when we come to Lincoln again. If possible Thankyou.

The staff were very friendly and co-operative. Their breakfast was excellent and I liked the idea of choosing the breakfast when you booked in the previous evening. They were very helpful about my soy milk, as well; and offered to make my porridge with it. I thought the couple were very thoughtful.

Everything was great here. Super location, spacious quiet single room, great en-suite, beautifully clean, nice toiletries, flat screen tv with Freeview, home-made biscuits! Very pleasant hosts who took time to chat and inform about the area, delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! There is nothing negative to say about this B&B.

Booked last minute as my daughter had a university interview. 5 mins from town centre - excellent staff. Daughter and I joked the landlord would have took a bullet for us but I really think he would of, they were that friendly. I would say it was cheap and cheerful but it was more - good breakfast, excellent parking facility and clean modern rooms. If I had to say anything - the room only had a travel kettle, but we managed.
