Enjoyed my stay and will return as I will be visiting Manchester monthly

Size of the room and it was clean

I had to pay for even newspaper and staff are not fixable at all. It is basically a 5 star hotel managed by 1star staff

Bit minimalistic for our taste in the corridors, felt a bit bland

The staff were the best thing in this hotel, was clean aswell. The service was top class.

Didnt like the lack of plug sockets and lighting around the mirror very poor. Someone entered our room whilst we were in it. Extremely noisy neighbours who woke us up in the night screaming. No mention of it being our Silver Wedding Anniv. Never was it a city view. Cannot believe that this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel was shocked, and would never go again!

The friendly staff made the trip for us, always happy to help.

I didn't feel the rooms were anywhere at a 5 star level at all. Also the view overlooking a carpark was poor as we were advised upon booking we would get a river view room.

The location was great, staff were friendly and the view was good.

There was swarms of underage children in the bar when we tried to get a table. there was fans outside the hotel waiting for someone that was obviously staying there. They were loud at night and we got hardly any sleep.

Found something revolting in the minibar that ?someone had left from a previous stay? Looked as if it had been there for sometime? Reported to staff

The beds were really comfortable, and the staff were very friendly.

plug sockets in the desk.....unable to use plugs with USB leads as they wouldn't fit in!

The price- but man U were playing City so I understand the reasons but the price was way too high

I love the modern and spacious design of the Lowry. Rooms are calmly luxurious. River view is urban/industrial but somehow I found that utterly captivating. Ren toiletries are a treat.

I really love this hotel, but would love it even more if they spruced up the spa area, which is currently out of keeping with the luxurious modern feel of the rest of the hotel.

The location was great - a short walk into Manchester and also a car park on site.

The fact that there was no tea/coffee facilities in room and "tiny" card (which can be missed) telling you to contact reception if these facilities were wanted.

Overall we found it grossly overpriced in particular £15.00 per night for parking and the cost for internet facilities

The bathroom was quite small and dated. The views of the river were not as pretty as advertised.

Tired furniture in reception area. The sofas looked like tramps had been sleeping on them - covered in black grime! Absolutely shocking in this day and age to charge for WiFi - especially when the rooms are so expensive to start with. Car parking £15 as well...
