The breakfast was lovely, the room was clean and tidy, good room facilities, own key so you can come and go as you please, bath with free bubble bath. A door on the bathroom would have been nice.

This is a perfect guest house, the attention to detail to ensure guests have a wonderful stay is exceptional, I have stayed in many guest houses and hotels around the world, and this guest house Is without doubt in my top ten.

We had a very pleasant stay, we were maid very welcome by Alan and Linda, the bedroom was clean and the bed very comfotable. We had good food well cooked and presented. We will recommend thi guest house and we will return again. Ken and jose' ward

We only stayed one night unfortunately, on route to holiday destination, everything about hotel was excellent, linda & alan were perfect hosts, food was superb, room 1st class especially the 4 poster bed. Would not hesitate to recomend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in skegness, and my wife and I will certainly return.

I like the staff, very friendly n caring.. They provide every little thing even shower cap n sewing things.. Breakfast awsome.. Nice n fresh.. Whatever you like.. I didnt like bed.. It wasnt comfortable..

Accommodating hosts, comfortable rooms. Beautifully quiet for sleeping well. Parking on the road (even though it was fine) having to fill in such a long form to access the free wifi that it wasn't worth bothering.
