Score from 644 reviews Good
Good room size; Comfortable bed
Poor selection for breakfast; Slow Wi-Fi
Can't fault cleanliness bathroom excellent
Only problem is the noise level in rooms facing road. Windows need to be triple glazed as I had problems sleeping. If staying here pick a room to the rear facing carpark
Location and cleanliness of room. Good value for money
Breakfast room was very cramped
Parking was bad' not enough room if hotel is full
Water wasnt hot for shower or bath only warm
Clean rooms and bathrooms Quite a good location; easily accessible to the centre Breakfast is good and options are fair
Wi-Fi is only accessible from the ground floor i.e. breakfast room You pay as soon as you arrive, not before you leave Water pressure is tempermental
Staff, cleanliness, location, value for money. Excellent breakfast. THANK YOU
Wi-if was not working for us but we did not mention it so can't complain.
Very clean and comfortable room. Staff very helpful when asked for anything.
No light near dressing table so could not see to put on make-up properly. Dining room a little cramped with number of tables and chairs in there, hard to get around once guests were seated.
Nothing no concern for visitors noisy staff on the top floor
Bedside tables both had power points to use for recharging phone near bed, or sitting on bed with laptop. It was lovely and warm - with the facility to turn down radiators - was good. Basic and practical. Clean.
I requested decaf tea - none available I was pleased there was parking - however it is very tight to pull a car forward past another between back wall and hotel wall - a guest next to me parked too far forward which meant I could not get passed as there was a car my other side and 2 protuding structure walls in front - I had an interview and had luckily I left an hour to get there as I did not know the city. The person came to move car but it would not start and had to call a breakdown service. I suggest that you put a sign to pull cars up near rear wall and to be mindful that the inner spaces will be difficult to manoeuvre out - I had reversed into the space so was facing forward - it took many attempts to get out as there was little space between cars. Softer bedside light. Bath mat old and worse for wear.
Comfy room, good wifi in room. Very clean room and bathroom. Not luxury but then not luxury prices - excellent value for money.
Parking off street but very tight to get in spaces
The location was great
Internet was poor. The bedroom floor was very creaky and shower not so great.
good buses into town and very convenient location for my friends party
Not a great part of town
It was quiet and the room was warm.
Linen was fresh but not neat as previous visit Wi fi was down Shower was blocked Would prefer a cooked breakfast instead of European breakfast..cold salami....not nice
The smart exterior/interior,clean presentable rooms with modern fixtures/fittings@this value.wide choice for breakfast to suit most tastes/palates,friendly staff/service.use of breakfast room to cook hot meal on arrival with use crockery/cultery,use of microwave/toaster etc.,instant hotwater for drinks/soup.
Just needs afinal attention to detail of overall room cleaning ie carpet stains,ledges/corners,bathroom floors.hardwater depoists in kettles need more frequent attention.
Location was good - close to the bus route The price was good It included cereal and toast
No water in the morning - so couldn't shower, flush toilet or brush teeth Toilet was broken and backing up Staff were unfriendly
place was clean, access good, and staff friendly. A decent breakfast.
The room was clean and the mattress comfortable, but the pillows were really uncomfortable. Too big and un-yielding.
Very helpful friendly staff, clean and modern rooms, close to city centre, good public transport, local supermarkets, shops, pubs and takeaways.
Car park is very small and cramped, extremely difficult manoeuvring if you have a large car, that's if you can get a space at all.
Clean comfy room, friendly staff . Great choice for breakfast. Very good value for money
The road noise was an issue during the night. There was no plug or light near mirror for hairdryer/ straighteners. Also nowhere to put soap in shower other than on floor.
Excellent location for all we wanted to do - go to football match and shopping; excellent bus service on door step; cosy room, comfortable bed; safe, secure, clean - what more could we ask?
Prices for accommodation in Bristol seem to have gone through the roof. No city centre accommodation for less than 100 without breakfast. Why the increase? It's not New York or London or Oslo. Beautiful city though, well worth a visit
on the bus route to the airport, with continental breakfast. value for money
Very clean, decent-sized room and bathroom. Good continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Can't really fault the place for the price we paid.
Could do with investing in some nice fluffy towels!
poor location, sleep disturbed, unhygienic , breakfast not cooked well
Decent value for money. Friendly staff.
Very fim pillows, no softer ones available. Thin walls.
