Score from 1425 reviews Very good
Impressed by the breakfast choice with wheat and gluten free bread and soya milk being readily available
Nice room, better to improve options in breakfast
Easy and quick wifi. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking and very clean facilities.
Quite loud in room 1, next to the main road, could do with soundproofing the room because the walls are thin. A cooked breakfast option would be an ideal addition...
Convenient location ...clean tidy well presented rooms ...good continental choice of breakfast...friendly staff ...
Tv bracket in our room was broken so couldn't really watch telly too much
The welcome, the breakfast, and the price.
The busy road outside; luckily I was on the back of the building.
Except for being located next to the lounge and the breakfast room which meant noise throughout the evening and early morning
Location nice and clean hotel
Being kept awake by the couple having "loud fun" in the opposite room and them opening and closing their door
Nice comfy bed, the location was great and friendly staff
Easy and cheap taxi to popular areas of Bristol including harbourside and with a continental breakfast included the price between three of us was great!!
Lack of full breakfast and parking was tight!!
Breakfast and the no hassle free Wifi
Close to our area of visit and not too far from Bristol center. Convenient with reasonable parking and comfortable beds. Safe parking and polite / helpful staff.
Some of the furniture was broken and the waste plug in bathroom sink was inoperable. Noisy creak in the floor.
Had a good stay on a saturday night to meet up with friends. Easy to get in and out of town. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast included.
V good vfm - nice continental breakfast included in price.
Staff was friendly & beds was comfy and breakfast was nice
Nothing everything was good
Location Comfort of room
No possibility for a fried breakfast. Plenty available, though, for the continental style breakfast.
Good value room in the location I wanted.
Small rooms and thin walls.
Lots of food outlets nearby, close to the town centre, easy walk to the harbour, clean tidy rooms, I was travelling with my son to view the university, the room suited us very well. Friendly staff,
Cheapest hotel we could find. The breakfast (continental) was good - toast, hard boiled eggs, cereal, orange juice, cold ham and salami.
The hotel is not in the most pleasant of locations - a little run down. The decor and general atmosphere of the foyer is not welcoming. The corridors are also a little shabby and without character. Very tight car park - awkward to manoeuvre.
It was comfortable and the room was allocated on the ground floor when I told the staff I could not manage stairs.
The wife did not work and this was essential for my stay.
Very clean, tidy room comfortable
View from window rear room over derelict fallen down building was dismal to say least, keep curtain shut room fine!
Very comfortable, warm and cosy. Would definatley recommend to anyone, and would stay here again.
Parking can be tricky. But this is down to other customers parking like plonkers, not a reflection on the Malago
Easy parking lovely girl in charge . Best nights sleep for a while.
The place was warm, clean & the breakfast was good.
Lack of proper parking. Suitable for small cars only & difficult to manoeuvre into. Very hard to find street parking. Wifi was weak on the top floor.
Staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Beds were comfortable and pillows soft
Would have liked to have wi fi but only available on ground floor. Car park very difficult to get in and out of
Rooms had everything you need. Lots of towel, soap and shower gel. Good tv and reasonable storage etc. Nice and warm. Good breakfast, you will not get hungry.
Only thing we didn't like was the room lighting just one Main ceiling light and one bed lamp. The main light was harsh and only covered one end of the room, far end was quite goomy. If they had two more soft lamps it would have been perfect
