The fact that it had an intimate feel to it, with it being a smaller hotel Possibly, slightly further away from the city centre than we had expected. Not a problem on the day we stayed but if it had been raining it may have been an issue.

cheap price. Satisfactory rooms. The security guard let us take a very early breakfast due to flights. location is quite poor and shabby area. The staff were not very welcoming. Average rooms but this reflects the price.

Our room was clean, comfortable, modern and nicely decorated. It had everything you would expect to find in a hotel of this price. Good value. Good selection of continental breakfast. We would use again for a short no frills stay. Couldnt connect to the free WiFi from our room. No cooked breakfast option, but we knew that already, so only a minor negative, I guess that helps to keep prices down. Not the nicest location in Bristol.

Very ,Very good value for money. Our stay was quiet, the breakfast included in the booking was also very good with lots of choice .Free off road parking. We would not hesitate to revisit.I'm sure we could have paid a lot more elsewhere and not been as satisfied. Graham....

The staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable and easy as possible. They were all lovely and it was like being at home. The room was fantastic. Far better than I imagined and very very good value for money. The breakfast was yummy and very varied and it was easy to get to. The bed was very comfortable. They only had one cot and upon booking I had asked for a cot but another couple had got it so I had to make a place for my little baby to sleep with pillows and blankets. She slept very peacefully and was happy but it would have been nice to have a real cot for her to sleep in.

It was clean, the breakfast was ok. It was on a busy main road, the floorboards creaked and the bed squeeked every time you turned over, the walls were so thin I could here the other guest urinating.

Hotel was very clean, modern and finished to a high standard. Didn't really meet many staff as there is no reception area but the ones we did meet were mainly friendly. Location of the hotel left something to be desired, the area didn't feel overly safe and you are quite away from any points of interest. Breakfast was very basic.

Very clean and modern. Great continental breakfast selection. We stayed in room 1 - right on the main road (ground floor). Quite noisy as a result. Booked a double room and was provided with a family room (2 x double beds and a single). Mattress and pillows not the best for comfort. Location not fantastic but as I was on business and we were watching a football match at Bristol City it was convenient for both.
