Very nice would tell friends about it
I loved the lovely clean modern fresh room and the large selection of tea coffee and biscuits
There's nothing I didn't like but if I wanted to be picky I'd say although the breakfast was lovely with a massive choice of food 16 cereals! I like an English breakfast when I'm away apart from that fab
Stayed for two nights but staff were friendly and even though I got up late they still served me breakfast
Very difficult to park and room was poorly ventilated
The Malago is well situated for us as we use it when visiting family nearby. It's clean and the check in/check out is fuss-free
Breakfast. The staff member there was more interested in her own breakfast than helping us to find things. The chairs are very noisy when pushed in or out of the tables. The TV is very intrusive (but I suppose some people need it!).2-night stay. We had a front room - the traffic noise is very loud.
Tidy and comfortable room, quiet situation towards court, large bathroom, within walking distance to city centre.
Breakfast room a little too crowded and with TV on.
Friendly staff good breakfast value for money
Creaky floor boards. Water going on and off mid shower DVD not working on TV
Parking , not much room.
Staff room breakfast
Car parking was difficult not much room in the car park location it looked rough
Cleanliness of whole place is very good.
Wifi was free but not strong enough. No phone in room, rooms were tiny and road traffic is very very loud.
The owner was very helpful. Parking was very good as well.
Small room beside the kitchen opposite the breakfast room next to a car park so very noisy.
Cosy hotel and friendly staff. Good value for money.
To few parking space so it was all full when we came back in the evening. The breakfast was not ready at 6:30.
The ambiance was good and the staff was lovely.
I would have prefered to have English breakfast.
The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. All in all very good value for money.
The bathroom smelt slightly mouldy and the double glazing in our front bedroom wasn't adequate to reduce the noise from the traffic from the busy road outside.
The fact that it was close to our Rental Car drop off....the breakfast was surpurb....staff very helpful
Could only get WI FI downstairs....and you really need a lift for people with walking difficulties....stairs a bit of a problem, and the parking facilities were not the best, very tight squeeze.....
The relaxed atmosphere
The staff were very welcoming and offered good advice. The room was clean and had what we required for our nights stay. Possibly a new duvet for the room we stayed in as it seemed it had had fair use. Breakfast was basic but enough to start the day. Overall a positive experience.
Everything was lovely, only thing wasnt so good was how hot the room was thanks
Spacious bedroom, attractively furnished and decorated, plenty of supplies for making tea/coffee, easy-to-use shower.
Parking was tricky - not a lot of spaces.
Good Value Clean New / Well Maintained
Really clean place, staff are friendly and helpful. Everything i needed was in my room including tea and coffee making kit, a TV and easy to connect to wifi. Would definitely recommend visiting and staying there.
The parking at the back was a bit tight but places were available. When I visited the entry cards were not working so I had to ring a bell anytime I wanted to be let back into the hotel and my room which was a bit of a hassle..
Hotel was lovely fresh and clean. i was traveling with two young children n staff were very helpful and nothing was a problem. Breakfast area was welcoming and had everything on offer, again staff very helpful. Will be visiting again.
not much, has been done up recently and not too bad, if you like an 80s theme
Really didnt like the area, sorry
The room was clean, well (and probably newly) decorated and the bathroom was a good size.
Where to start? The outside stated there was a bar lounge and after an extremely busy and tiring day, we were looking forward to a quiet drink before freshening up and going out to eat. There was actually no bar. We then went to the room and ran a bath - no hot water. When we asked at reception we were told that as it was Friday night everyone wanted a bath and that was why there was no hot water (!!!) The bed was extremely small for two adults and was up against a wall. I had to clamber over my husband to use the bathroom. To cap it all, as we were in an English town we expected, and were looking forward to, an English breakfast. BIG disappointment! A selection of cold continental meats, plastic cheese and cereals in a cramped, extremely unfriendly room. Never again.
