Convenient for TV studios, and comfortable, with useful facilities. Continental breakfast met all requirements.
Lot of choice for continental breakfast
Bedroom was a bit small for twin beds
It was a quick commute to bedminster central, and a 15 minute bus to Cabot Circus. The room was clean and warm, as well as accommodating
The breakfast was bleak. Was hoping for a English breakfast, instead was ham and cheese sandwiches and stale cereal.
The location suited us as it was just over the road from my sister who we were visiting. Warm welcome
Putrid smell in room and bathroom uncomfortable mattress poor quality bedding poor quality and hard pillows Dirty divans full of stains Photos of room did not match the photos on site Noise from street outside due to poor quality windows. Shower not working Extremely rude and unprofessional manager/owner
Big clean room. Check in and out was very easy and breakfast was great. Out of the city (20 min walk) but lots of good restaurants around.
Good location Great continental breakfast Great room
friendly welcome from Emma, very helpful, clean and quiet
every was very good
My experience in Malago was unforgettable. I found out I lost my credit card and was so upset when I was about to check in, but the hotel owner and the staff there were so warm-hearted and lovely since they allowed me to pay later and even borrowed me money! Emma chatted with me till 11pm to make me feel better and left me a sweet note to comfort me. Thank you so much!
Great breakfast selection
Wifi signal in our room was poor, so we kept losing the connection. Loud creaky floors. Neighborhood was a little sketchy...probably best to walk with a buddy.
Size of one of the rooms was very small.
Good variety for breakfast and polite staff
Clean, comfortable room. Modern and freshly decorated Very good continental brerakfast Helpful staff Wifi included Free parking Everything you need for a short stay
Wifi signal is very weak if your room is a long way from reception. Bedminster location is not very salubrious. It would be an excellent hotel if they moved it somewhere else!
Location, Cleanliness, Private Parking Area
Excellent price for the rooms. Booked a twin but got two singles, both en suite, for no extra charge - great for us! Really close to the place we were visiting, so a perfect location for us too.
The room was very hot though I did manage to turn the radiator down; the bed spread had some marks on it.
Friendly helpful staff. Quality of the rooms and cleanliness. A good range at breakfast. Parking was free and the access to Bristol by bus for xmas shopping. Would definitely stay there again good value.
Unable to access the wifi but this may have been how far our room was from the modem.
Room was fantastic; bath, shower, very comfy bed, kettle. Breakfast was included which was great.
I probably should have checked how far out it was from the centre. I'd have prefered something nearer, but would have probably paid more.
Really comfortable bed
It was a little far from the centre, but not much
Great value for money. Excellent breakfast AND included in price. Convenient location.
Leaving card in bowl by front door upon leaving. Decor a bit tired looking.
Ideal location for our visit to bristol.
Good room size; Comfortable bed
Poor selection for breakfast; Slow Wi-Fi
Can't fault cleanliness bathroom excellent
Only problem is the noise level in rooms facing road. Windows need to be triple glazed as I had problems sleeping. If staying here pick a room to the rear facing carpark
Location and cleanliness of room. Good value for money
Breakfast room was very cramped
Parking was bad' not enough room if hotel is full
Water wasnt hot for shower or bath only warm
