We stayed only 1 night after a visit of Stonehenge. Everything was perfect : the comfortable room, nice dinner and breakfast and always with smiling service! We would warmly recommend this manor !

Everything. These hosts have it nailed. Dinner was just amazing - why venture away from the character-filled historic building and idyllic settings. Just 5mins walk to convenience store and quaint local pub (be warned, it doesn't serve dinner, just jovial drinks with the locals :)

Olde worldy comfort and helpful assistant manager (the boss was away). The old church next door. chilling in the garden.

The people who use it only as a base to visit Stonehenge this place is great on its own.

A wonderful manor house. The rooms were large and impressive, and the restaurant is great for both dinner or breakfast. The perfect location for exploring Stonehenge.

Great location about 5 mins from Stonehenge. Lovely large room. Chose to have dinner there and the food was excellent, as was the breakfast.

This is not a criticism rather a tip - the staircase is really steep so if elderly or if you have heavy suitcases request a room downstairs.

Lovely old house with lots of interest and history. Very nice room, big comfy four poster bed and roll top bath. Little extra's like sweets, biscuits. Nice views and near to Stonehenge. Lovely well presented breakfast.

Lots of old people at dinner. I felt a bit out of place. Nice meal though! Football on in the bar area.
