everything about the hotel was excellent, staff, room and breakfast couldnt be faulted, would definately stay again.

Very attentive staff and we found the room comfortable and clean. We arrived later than planned and were able to eat in the dining room at 9.30pm which was much appreciated after a long journey

The manager was polite and keen to listen to concerns that we raised about the standard of the room, but her response was not appropriate to the issues. Generally the staff were cheerful and helpful.

Upon checking in the standard of clenliness in the room was very poor, with thick dust in many areas and carpet was not hoovered properly, even the bedding was stained. we were moved to another room which was apparently checked by the manager, however later we noticed again the bedside lamp very dusty. generally we were very disappointed with the standard of cleanliness of the hotel. we woul not be returning

Immaculately clean throughout, with the entire staff giving undivided attention to all guests.

We had to check in really late after having to attend a works function. The night staff were brilliant and the room was large, and gorgeous and clean.Breakfast staff were wonderful, and on checking out it was the same guy who had given us directions on the phone and he remembered me. The personal touch was lovely.

great value for money paid £55 and the photos dont do it justice

i was at an event at the NEC so this is really close , good bredakfast and plenty of secure parking

staff seemed a bit 'away with it' apart from the breakfast team . the steak sandwich from the bar menu had beef so thin on it that it reminded me of school diners, sheets were very thin and not the cleanest, no wifi and internet access was expensive.
