very easy to find, lovely surroundings, very helpful and friendly staff, nice local pub if you fancy a walk out, amazingly comfortable beds large spacious well decorated room very good facilites, great breakfast.

Good value for working at the NEC. Great pub nearby for excellent food but food in the hotel was fine too.

Uncomfortable bed, too soft. Very poor service at breakfast, on all three days.

Breakfast waiting staff were a little slow to provide tea/coffee and very quick to allow a neighbouring table to remove the chairs from our table.

I am not a fan of their English breakfast, no real selection of different breads and scrambled eggs out of a microwave (considering that this is a 2 rosette restaurant in the hotel).

The room was clean.

While staying at best manor,the hotel had two weddings booked,so the bar was extremely busy,and you also felt that your sat in someone's wedding party.because of the wedding breakfast was busy we had to wait for a table and then there was hardly any food left.on check out I was imformed that I hadn't payed for my room? Yet all my correct card details were given and there was money in my account! This was a massive inconvenience as I thought I booked the room a month ago and it had been payed for.Would it not of been better for someone from the hotel to contact me to say they were unable to take payment?

The location was ideal for NEC while being in a lovely rural setting. The room was spacious bright, clean and comfortable.

Their was a ventilation fan running ALL NIGHT which meant I did not have any sleep, negating the value of the comfortable bed. The bathroom door did not close properly and the curtains were coming off the hooks meaning they did not fully close allowing early sunlight into the room. Details mean so much... The restaurant and bar areas lacked atmosphere and were overpriced, so we had dinner in the nearby pub.

Good size room well equipped. Convenient for nec functions away from the main site but within a five minute drive.

Reception staff advised booking for an evening meal in the overpriced dining room, but when we went were only three other tables in use? Paid £80 for 2 people for average food! Breakfast consisted of fried eggs swimming in fat or scrambled eggs which appeared to be made from powder. Opted for poached eggs and had to wait 20 minutes!

We visited for a concert at the NEC and the proximity was excellent. Hotel staff friendly, room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast good and restaurant clean and welcoming. We would definitely recommend for a trip to NEC and would stay again.

Unable to park in hotel car park although this may be due to fact they had a wedding party staying over that evening.

Our room was perfect apart from a very noisy bathroom extractor, its ok when first put on but gets noiser. The bed is very comfortable, and all facilities in the room are just perfect.

The hotel used to provide a cooked to order breakfast, which we always classed as the best breakfast we ever had, this time a kept warm breakfast, and the quality very poor, cold items, and soggy, didnt enjoy it at all.

Spacious room, excellent TV, free wi-fi, a very 'solid' feel to the place.
