Convenient location on the seafront Some of the staff were offhand; the cooked breakfasts were lukewarm on arrival; we booked two rooms - the twin room was far superior to the double although I had paid the same price for both. The double room was hardly 3 star |

The location to amenities and the good breakfast service Somewhere close by there was a very noisey cockerel that woke us very early in the morning. |

The beachfront locaqtion The bedroom & ensuite had obviously had the start of refurbishment and the ensuite espically was not up to standard. The heat of the hot water coming from the hot tap I thought was dangerous for the elderly or the young children. |

The twin room facing the sea was very nice. The hospitality tray was well stocked and it was useful to have a fridge in the room. We found the dining room very well layed out, the food was excellent and the waitresses were very pleasant. |

The management and staff welcome you to the award winning Grand Hotel, also known as 'The White Palace'. Standing imperiously at the west end of King Edward's Parade and dominating the shore line. |
Situated in a prime position on the Eastbourne seafront, close to theatres and 5 minutes walk to the town centre. The Hotel has a high reputation for its friendly and welcoming service. |
