The rooms are good, clean and comfortable. The food is great value for money.
Shower was poor.
Staff were great and helpful , food was great ,room was great .Every thing about the Milton was nice and homely
Friendly staff, food excellant, reasonably priced & convenient for business trip
Abit noisy but it's next to the main road.
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff; spacious comfortable room - would stay again!
Clean rooms, wifi, car parking, food in the restaurant was excellent, and great value for money. Staff were all lovely, going out of there way to help you.
A lack of hot water for both bath and basin was a problem. Noise from the road can be a problem.
The wifi signal was not strong enough in my room to use
Perfect for what I needed for the night and value for money - I will use you again
Friendly atmosphere and cleanliness
Nothing , all perfect
A very nice welcome and a pleasant stay.
convenient good quality pub/hotel. Evening meal & full breakfast really good. Rooms at the rear were quiet.
Rooms were very clean and spacious and dog friendly!
We arrived back 8.25pm on Sunday and wanted a meal but they had already shut the kitchem although they serve food up until 8.30. But there is acarvery pub a few hundred yards up the road.
Just a short overnight stay and only a short journey from Glasgow City Centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Bedroom was in a nice location and in separate building from the main Inn. Peaceful sleep and comfortable, firm mattress. All good.
We arrived from Gleneagles to have a look at Loch Lomond and surrounding area for a couple of days and this was an ideal base.
Only little issue was having to get to lane on other side, took care and OK.
Things are definitely in need of refurbishment but still a comfortable stay. Food is excellent value for money and the staff are second to none.
Road noise can be a problem.
pleasant friendly staff, clean rooms, biker friendly. cctv. some rooms away from the main building.
close to busy main road, but we knew this before hand so not really a didnt like, but you can hear traffic through the night. not related to the milton but their are No restraunts in Dunbarton apart from hotels.
Staff were very helpful, room was excellent
Fantastic bedroom in the farmhouse annexe, two double beds, plenty of towels. new bedding of good quality. Staff etremely helpful and friendly. Good value for money. Good location if like us you are making your way up into the Highlands and need to break the journey halfway.
The meals are in the bar so very much a pub atmosphere and we were there on Friday night when we saw it was advertised as karioke night we went to bed early! Not easy to get across the road if you are coming from the South.
Clean modern rooms. Good restaurant. Very personable and helpful staff.
Getting to the hotel takes some skill on unfamiliar roads
It was our gateway to the Scottish Highlands and the location was easy to find. Our evening meal was excellent.
The internet could not be used in our rooms and kept dropping out in the public areas. We were in a room that had the kitchen exhaust fan outside. It didn't get turned off until the kitchen closed. The hall outside the rooms had a smell that was not very nice. Fortunately it did not go into our room.
Staff were friendly to my dog and left us alone to get on with the rest of it.
Many hotels have some sort of visitor pack - as a dog owner local walks are always of interest to me
Without a doubt the highlight are the staff. They make the place. They could not be more helpful and pleasant. The food is excellent value for money and huge portions.
The ensuite we had could do with a little attention in both decoration and fittings, a towel rail or hook on the door would be beneficial plus the doors in the room don't close properly.
the staff were very friendly .nothing was too much trouble .
Friendly staff and lovely food.
Price was high for the quality - perhaps due to Commonwealth Games at the time Proximity to Glasgow Airport Cleanliness Ease of parking
Food Location was not convenient to other restaurants Movement sensitive lights that would come on when partner got up in the night
Good location, friendly staff and clean rooms
A bit expensive for the facilities provided
