The Mitre Hotel (斜角酒店)  

Good standard of room

Lack of facilities Lack of any car parking I feel that they could come to some arrangement with the local council about parking at the site that was close to the hotel but was impossible to get a ticket out of the pay and display machine that would cover you for the entire day. I had to keep returning to the site to feed money into the machine but was unable to cover one hour took a chance as I had tickets for a show in central London and ended up with a £80 fine. This as you can imagine ruined the weekend and will prevent me from staying in the area again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mitre Hotel. We used the hotel for an over night stay to go to a concert at the 02. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay their again

Could have done with a hair dryer in the room

The hotel was ideally situation for my needs and to explore Greenwich. My room was clean and modern and despite being above a pub I was not disturbed at all. Staff friendly and accommodating.

I was a little worried about coming home late and needing to ring the bell, this did not in fact prove to be a problem.

Great pub/hotel and great location. Staff very friendly, there was renovations going on at the time, didn't bother us at all, bedroom was very modern and clean will visit again as the 02 arena is only 10 minutes by bus overall 10 out of 10

Excellent location for the start of the London Marathon. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed - essential for a good night's sleep before the race! Even had a microwave in the room so I could make my own porridge for breakfast.

The decor is rather basic - not quite luxurious enough to get away with the entirely neutral colours! Could be a bit depressing on a dreary day. (But it was all immaculately clean and well maintained, so don't let me put you off.)

Location was ideal for the start of the London Marathon. Refurbished spacious room was bright and very clean. Staff very friendly on arrival.

Heating too hot!

Newly refurbished room. bathroom...layout not very well thought out, glass shower screen which swings out to the radiator. Bathtaps in middle of bath..banged my leg while trying to catch the water from the shower...which was too high to adjust the angle! Most of the water went on the back wall. Bedroom had bedside lights halfway up the wall, so had to get out of bed to switch them off. Telly was a bit small for the room, but overall a clean hotel, friendly enough staff. No breakfast, so can't rate it, but fridge and microwave in the room. Currently scaffolding and netting all over the hotel so doesn't look very attractive, but would possibly stay again..

De kamer mag een opfrisbeurt krijgen. Het sanitair is netjes maar niet gebruiksvriendelijk. Een luidruchtig nachtelijke optreden in de pub op het gelijkvloers was zeer storend.

De kamers van het hotel waren geweldig. De bedden lagen erg lekker en de douche was ook erg prettig. De kamers waren erg ruim, we hadden meer dan voldoende ruimte voor al onze spullen. Het was een erg fijn hotel en zeker aan te raden.

Helaas waren wij in het hotel toen ze aan het verbouwen waren dus we hadden wat geluidsoverlast en mannen die onder ons raam stonden maar tegen het eind van onze vakantie waren ze aan het schilderen (wat tevens wel behoorlijk stonk) dus de verbouwing zal snel afgelopen zijn.

1. The location is incredibly great. 1 minute to Greenwich market....And it is very good-looking from outside. 2. The room was pretty cool, clean, light and cosy. There is a kettle and microwave in the room. 3. The pub downstairs is quite nice and comfy, with tasty beers... 4. Personnel is very friendly and helpful.

1. Cleaners who were cleaning all the rooms 'simultaneously', so all the rooms on the floor were opened from 11 to 3...you cannot have rest in your room at this time...Btw, sometimes they forgot to empty a trashcan, lock the door, window, etc... 2. Doors close VERY loudly. A single step in the corridor can be heard. At night it becomes so annoying! 3. Renovation works that started at 8... 4. Hot water in the shower...i had to wait for 10 minutes before taking a shower.

the location was perfect for our needs as we were at a wedding walking distance away; this was the main reason for me booking here.

unfortunately we were not informed of the building work taking place within and outside the hotel. i have stayed in many hotels booked via booking.com and this one didnt quite live up to our expectations. i feel that within london hotels specifically, it should state the parking situation. there was one carpark nearby at £2.50 per hour or 25p for 5 minutes outside the hotel itself.

Over a very busy and loud pub

Convenient for Cutty Sark, Maratime Museum and RNC Greenwich.

Very noisy from public house on ground floor. No breakfast facilities or separate dining area for residents.

Very convenient and very friendly staff. Although a pub the hotel had a very comfortable feel about it.

I had one evening meal which could have been hotter but not really bad enough to complain about.

Goede locatie voor bezoek aan o2 (met ook 's avonds goede bus verbinding). Goede kamer en leuke pub op begane grond - die geen last veroorzaakte op de kamer.

Duur voor een hotel - geen ontbijt inbegrepen in de prijs die ook nog 10 pond hoger werd afgerekend dan bij boeking gemeld - bezwaar werd afgedaan met "dit is de actuele prijs". Hotel werd gerenoveerd met overlast voor de bezoekers.
