Nothing. Please see attached photographs. Extremely bad value, even though it was not expensive.

Excellent location in the middle of the town. Really good pub. Good place for walking excursions (Padstow / Bodmin) Close to many interesting places in Cornwall.

Staff very friendly and room was nice Nice room but was right above bar so was very noisy, but didnt spoil stay. Had power cut so no lights in room one night. Nobody told us when we booked in that the credit card machine ws not working so when we came to check-out ~~I had to go down the road and get some money.

Second visit, good basic pub food, great room for thee nights but had to change on the forth night, this room was very poor due to size , should be a single only. Poor menue choice especialy for four nights, but food was prepared well,no toiletries in room lucky we brought our own, no doubt they would have been provided had we asked

This is an excellent place to stay, extremely good value. We stayed for two nights; all the staff were friendly and polite. The hotel accommodation has had a recent refurbishment, to a very high standard. With open Wi-Fi and boasters all over the place, signal was never a problem. The room we had was clean, light and airy. Yes, the car park is small, as some have previously mentioned. But we never had a problem parking. Use 'Molesworth Court' in your Sat Nav. Should take you straight there.

It was cheap. Staff very good but not enough of them. Good location for seeing what we wanted to visit Room facilities poor. Room not cleaned or linen changed during 4 day stay. No chair. No reading lights. Light from hall shines directly through gap in door on to pillow. Tv turns itself on in the middle of the night. Directly above kitchen so room smelled of cooking oil. We werent told there would be very loud live music up to 23.30 hours. No spare loo roll.
