Have been told that I had been upgraded once I did arrive.The room was approx 12m2 with no windows. What would have been without upgrade?!

The location was superb,right next to Oxford street. Club Double was a nice room,not the biggest but well designed and very comfortable! They do not have a Hotel bar or nice lobby!

Great location. Friendly staff. Excellent furnishings. Too noisy! Air con unit right outside my hotel window and was on all night. Very loud. Maybe it was because I was in one of the basement rooms?

Staff (Front of the House) gone out of the way to deal with all challenges even some of those where not they wrong doing but clear poor management... Along the Reception Staff huge Thanks and praise for fantastic service to the young Gentleman ( sorry don't know the name - Tall, Blond - I think his role was a Duty Manager). People like that are making the difference! High price for the very little room with not working tv, no switch to the bedside table lamp so I need to pull out my card from the main power switch...

Big Room Very nice staff!!! Very good location Underground room no windows no fresh air no light no facilities in the hotel booking.com web showed that the price includes breakfast but during the ordering process it was stated that it does not.

This feed back is on Montcalm Hotel as we were upgraded from the sister hotel Marble Arch. Good & friendly front office staff. Excellent location to Oxford street & many eateries are nearby & tube station is a mere 3 minutes away. Will certainly recommend to anyone. The double room is a bit small for two person. Fortunately, we are out most of the time.

Very friendly staff ! good location ! The smallest room I ever stayed in ! My room was situated in the basement and there was no mobilesignal whatsoever in the room ! Not good enough if you travel in business... Also, outside the room the corridor in the basement smelled like there was a "dampproblem"...not nice....

The staff was really nice and helpful. They gave us a great room the second night we were there. They were helpful with the luggage, nice all around. Room 523. Do not accept it. It has a tiny window and is next to the elevators and I felt like I was in a cupboard. It gave me claustrophobia. The bed was nice and the bathroom too but the space was too closed. The service in the restaurant was inattentive and inefficient. The breakfast itself was nice.

Loction - We arrived around 08:30 am to the hotel, the reception lady let us fill the form and collect an advance payment then inform us they are no room available and we have come back at 14:00 to check in. I thought their policy pay then inform about rooms - Cleaning was very poor actually there was no cleaning, they just re arrange the room. O They did not change the towels. O The toilet smell bad, they did not clean well o They did not change the sheets or bed cover. -There was no stationary on the room, only a pen. -The cleaners only ring the door only once an open the room immediately, they did not wait the response

The hotel is clean and in good location This hotel is not something that you pay £200/day. It is definitely not a 5 star, 3 maximum. Maximum price is£50/day. They ask for prepayment for all days and do not return money, when you want to change hotels, so be careful before paying. Hotels in the area are much cheaper and have much better rooms and quality of service.

Lovely clean room. Didn't have to vacate until 12 next day. Room was supposed to be delux but was very small and had an inter connecting door which the neighbours banged on when we got in after midnight! We was only talking about our evening at the theatre and meal we had after. Our complimentary fruit had mould on it :-(. We could not connect to the free wifi on our iPads or phones so something clearly wrong there. Very disappointed with it fur the price I paid. Nothing like your picture!
