Every thing Was amazing
Warm welcoming Very helpful Good location Nice facilities
Dust was everywhere Sometime I go out for about four hours and get back to find my room as is
The room is not as fresh as it used to be
The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we wanted and more. Our room was incredibly comfortable and much roomier than I had expected. The bathroom was fabulous with a tub made for soaking. The location was great and easily accessible. It felt secluded yet close enough to many restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.
Not much not to like. Even when a spider got in the room, two staffers came quickly to get rid of it for us since we're afraid of them.
Location , & staff
Size of the bed .
*It has (Shattaf) Hand Held Shower which is a big plus. *Location is good/ close to Oxford and Edgwar and Hyde Park. *Staff are really friendly specially the man on the door- knows some arabic words as well :) *Hotel has good area in front of it for cars and cant be busy (good for drop and uplifting bags etc)
*Rooms are Small. *Receiption area very small/ you just need to walk directly to your room- so no enough seats to chell. *Small windows- no view at all (I was in Ground floor) *Easy to hear what is happening in next rooms! *Rates are high
The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly.
The mattress was so soft that I awoke each morning with aches and pains from sinking into the mattress. The shower/tub is a joke - the shower head is mounted into the ceiling, and you have to stand under it to reach the on/off tap and hot/cold valve. The bathroom has no ventilation whatsoever, and is like a sauna for 15 minutes after a shower. The Montcalm Club Double Room we booked (for 232 pounds/night) was so small that we couldn't even move around in it, and it reeked of cigarette smoke - and this is a non-smoking hotel). We asked to move, and were given a slightly larger room. I would not stay at this hotel in future.
The reception girls were nice to try to make up the bad experience
They did not give me the room i booked they instead gave me a smelly room in the basment of the hotel and the bathroom was for handikapped or old people ,with all respect to the old and the handikaped. The sink was very small very low the tiles were broken and water seeps to the room The manager did not know what to do when i told him i only want the rooms i reserved. I had to cancel my reservation after two nights and leave to another hotel
Staffs were really friendly and the location was just next to oxford st and Hyde Park
Very Small rooms.. Have asked for a bed for the baby but it was not provided
The facilities in the room were great, the staff was really helpful.
Nothing, it was all great :)
Very noisy cleaning staff. No regard for noise levels in the store room adjacent to our room. Dragging chairs along the floor woke our son up on several occasions during our stay. Majority of staff we encountered had very poor command of English which is disgraceful for a 5 star hotel in London!!
Warm welcome great quiet location the staff happy to help with smily face
The wi fi was very weak the last three days
Staff Location Security Cleanses
For the last staying i don't like it because of the daily maintenance for a five days and we can't Sleep and I called the reception and they confirm the noise ,, and the the hotel manager not care , and paid for the full period .
The staff was very helpful, especially gays from reception
the Deluxe room was too small
Together these three attributes make the perfect combination for a wonderful stay and they were all found in spades at The Montcalm. Thank you all.
There was absolutely nothing to not like.
Location & free wifi
Breakfast should be included in room rate.
variety of foods
Efficient check in Thoughtful and knowledgeable concierge Great doorman Alex who was so helpful
Small rooms but this is London High price
Good location Helpful staff Room cleaned when we went out Good facilities
I loved the Montcalm Club Room, quite comfortable.
At the time of booking the pictures displayed for the room type i booked was different from what i was offered at the time of arrival, i complained and this was changed. i would like booking.com to display exact pictures of rooms and not mislead customers.
I liked all. However, they could have more choice at the breakfast.
The hotel's Staff make us feel great in our honey moon, always helping and caring for the smallest details! It was a great experience yo start my honeymoon at the Montcalm
Excelent position in heart of London , very clean and friendly staff. Wifi works great. Club Lounge very usefull if need to print out documents or just reading a newspaper and behave some drink on the house. It's the best in the area of Marble Arch.
The hotel is really great The staff welcomed each guest warmly (good morning- welcome back- have a great day or night) with a smiley face The door men were really friendly and very helpful with a smile on their face (if they see you carrying bags they run and help you-stops taxi from the main road- talk to the taxi and tell them the location you’re going at-try their best in greeting you with the guests language As for the reception the manger daisy helped me when I checked in early welcomed me and stayed with me in the exclusive lounge and made sure that my room was width like I requested and I checked in pretty early at 12:30 pm (usually rooms are checked in at 2:00pm) As for the rooms there not big which is very common in the center of London but its ok? And the bathroom facilities were great For the cleanness: they clean every day... But sometimes you have to be careful and aware from the cleaning ladies not to take anything from your room by mistake (they have poor knowledge in English) and you have to keep an eye on your things (which happened to us twice) which I had to talk to the housekeeping manger to bring it back to the room which eventually they apologized There breakfast is nice but limited in options The marble arch station is 5 minutes’ walk away- there is many restraints’ around them and a mini supermarket I recommend this hotel its safe and secure area for solos and especially for families
the extra bed was not comfortable as much
