    The location of the hotel ... also the friendly and helpful staff as well .. really it was a great experience

    The size of the room was too small .. I stayed in a Montcalm Club room which means its the second option after the suites.

    Very good customer service, clean & modern Hotel, Very good location, Free Internet, staff all very polite and very easy n Fast. Overall very good Hotel and for sure I recommend it.

    Hotel rate is very expensive specially if somebody wants to stay long there is no rate difference....also breakfast not big variety.

    The breakfast menu has improved tremendously. I have noticed that the staff are more friendly and truly service oriented. The front line staff at concierge are very friendly and helpful. Other staff at the restaurant and the tall guy at the entrance are very wonderful.

    A bit of delay when food is ordered from a room and at times the intercoms will be ringing and nobody picks .

    A lovely hotel which I will choose again and again. Don't change.

    The swimming pool was not as clean with stains around the edges.

    Helpful staff and quick service . The room is modern and clean . The elevators are spacious . Complementery Basket of fruits is provided. Good location few minutes walk to Marble Arch .

    The room and bathroom is little tight but manageable. The safe box is not good and might lock by itself , it must be changed to a better brand . No cloth slippers are provided in the room .

    some of the staffs are very good

    air condition dod not work for 2 days, refrigerator did not work for 3 days and not cold enough even when it had been fixed, the elevator without air at all, the gym is repulsive, and the room too small, no way to be a 5 star hotel

    Friendly welcoming staff. Attention to detail ie thoughtful little extras on arriving at hotel such as fresh fruit - which was replaced daily - choice of room aromas and pillow selection and complimentary bottles of water etc. great place to stay when visiting a London.

    I'm not a fan of UHT milk but I guess I could have asked fur fresh milk!

    Incredible hotel with excellent staff in the center of London. The rooms are amazing, and the room service is brilliant.

    Acceptable room size, clean modern rooms, friendly staff specially the duty manager Mr. Turban.

    The best thing is the location

    1 - the staff was very rude with children , especially the house manager. 2 -rooms are very very small 3 - I payed for Montcalm club room and regular room , but all my rooms were exactly the same 4 - breakfast has very limited options, buy breakfast from the supermarket much much better.

    Nice rooms which are spacious enough (not always the case in London). Nice touches such as pillow sprays and scents in the room. Staff are friendly and helpful.

    Loved the room was perfect especially the added touches as it was my boyfriends birthday a nice birthday cake balloons and choc strawberries with complements of the hotel, free bottle of wine. the staff were super friendly & helpful welcomed us, had breakfast the next morning was lovely. Apart from another guest staring at us like we wernt meant to be there #weworkgotjustasmuchrightsasyoulove
