The welcome; the comfortable, spacious bedroom; and the fact that the hotel's not too big so you're aware of the personal touch. The doorman was especially pleasant & helpful.
The restaurant wasn't open on Sunday evening which was disappointing.
Bed was comfy and location good for what we wanted
Staff not particularly helpful. Room needed a good dust
Everything, I have stayed in many London hotels. In future it will be the only one.
Location. Staff Spacious bathroom Value for money
Slow breakfast service Limited amenities Small rooms Limited space to hang clothes
I liked everything about this wonderful hotel..
Nothing at All..
Staff have become lukewarm and nonchalant. Their level of care and warmth as reduced drastically. The door men however have remained consistent.
Everything was great
location was great, staff were attentive.
House keeping of our room during our stay had room for improvement, clearing of in room dining and used glasses. Room was very small.
My VIP guest stayed in a junior suite, but some boiler machinery is just outside of the window and some noise could be heard in the afternoon. The scenery from the window is poor. So he couldn't enjoy the stay.
perfect location ... high standards I've been choosing this hotel for four years ..
Everything from location, hotel ambiance, breakfast, staff, room, cleanliness, facilities, and center of location from all attractions
Service, staff, location, spa, club room comfort & functionality, atmosphere in social areas.
Breakfast's buffet side could be improved to match the excellent facilities offered.
Location. Quiet. Helpful staff
Booked a deluxe double but bed size was a disappointment although they did on this occasion move us to a room with a bigger bed which would normally have been extra. Usual silly price for breakfast as in most London hotels.
Location was perfect , i liked the small lobby it gave a feeling of safety .
The house keeping wasn't 100% , i needed to contact the front desk alot !
The room was comfortable, quiet and had all the amenities expected.
The tea and bar service were very slow indeed. Seemed to be plenty of staff but non too quick.
Pool, steam and shower with special wall. Bed and pillows very comfy shops within short walk
Didn't get shown where to go for dinner or breakfast, didn't know which floor pool was on and had to ask about all three. No hair dryer in room, no cups for coffee and found someone's socks!! Quite noisy, got woken up several times by room service trolley. No clock to see what the time was during the night.
Comfort and friendliness of staff. Great location and had all you need for a comfortable stay in London Centre.
The room was small and only had a double bed with just enough space to walk around it and nowhere to put your suitcase!! Not very good for an "Executive Club" room.
Everything except that the price was on the high side
Room was not ready upon my arrival. Mistakes in my booking due to poor intergration with online booking. They tried to charge me for breakfast which was included with my booking. I had to go to the reception to show them the reservation information and my time was wasted till they recognised the defect in their system. The corrective procedture was so naive and I felt I'm dealing with a 3 star hotel. I really did not feel I was in a 5 star hotel. The service was not satisfactory. I would think twice before I join them again. Before I leave They did not provide me with the invoice . I had to ask for it as if I need to tell thier staff what they are suppose to do. If this is happening in 3 star rating I would not notice , but staying in 5 star mean we are looking for proffessional service with less mistakes and I couldnot find it with them. The location is quite nice but with such service I think I would be better off somewhere else!
Great room, helpful staff
Intrusive double glazing reduces room space.
We loved everything about the hotel and staff were extremely helpful .. Our room was ready from along flight this was just heaven !! We will stay again and recomend it highly
1- Location 2- Staff 3- Free Wifi 4- Toilets with hoses
the room was good looking and bath too. it was clean and the room service was good also the food was great
the room is too small. the first room was next to the service room i couldn't sleep first night. when they changed the room it was next to the connection door of the corridor i didn't sleep well all my stay. the staff don't know famous places nither they dont offer maps of the area. they took the payment in advance at the moment i reached and she refused to take my visa and asked for cash. it doesn't worth what i paid for and i would never stay there again i never been trated like that in any hotel arround the world
Things that didn't work in the room
Bed was very comfortable, staff friendly and lobby area was lovely.
For the money, the room was tiny. The room had a double bed, and when there were 2 suitcases in there, very little room for anything else (including walking around). Disappointing considering the cost.
