Very friendly, clean hotel. Very nice. I am partially deaf, there was no subtitles on the TV in the room, however there was in the bathroom but cannot stay in the bathroom for too long to watch it. |

The staff are friendly and the hotel's public areas and bedrooms are clean and fresh. The room we had was a reasonable size for London and well appointed. The technology doesn't work properly. On 4 occasions the keycards failed to unlock our room and had to be re-programmed. This problem was very badly handled by the staff and even the manager. Also, the televisions (there's even one in the bathroom!) didn't work very well. On arrival we ordered sandwiches in the lobby - these took 45 minutes to arrive. Lots of staff wandering about, but none really ready to help in any useful way. |

Fantastic location- very close to the Marble Arch and Oxford street. Twin rooms were fully booked, although I did get confirmation from booking.com stating that I had sucessfully booked a twin room. The hotel was very over-priced and pretentious and I definitely did not feel welcome at the hotel. |

The staff were excellent, the rooms were very clean and well designed. The tv at the end of the bath was brilliant. Technically advanced (door signs - much better than hanging ones). Great location next to the tube station and Oxford street. The rooms were a little small for the price. The bath room tv didn't show bbc 1,2,3 (minor point!) |

The location is good. They don't like Chinese. They need to ask/request to provide the normal service, not like in HK or Asia's Hotel. |

The location was perfect! The bathroom was fantastic and a good size especially compared to the size of the room. The room was more than adequate for one person but I think it would have been a bit small for two people. Great bar! |

Good bed, good tv, clean. The form of the sink in the bathroom, not enough space on the table in the bathroom, the shower made the floor all wet, the breakfast was not versatile and delicious. There was not enough lighting in the room. |

A fantastic boutique hotel, at the very center of the city. Minutes away from tube and Oxford St., Hyde Park. One of a kind unique design in lobby and rooms. Capacious rooms with style. I loved the glass in the shower overlooking the bedroom. Great idea ! The staff were extremely kind and considerate. I will definetely stay again. The rooms in the basement are a bit dark and unpleasant. Be sure you stay above ground. |

I particularly liked the very central, convenient location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - they're really very attentive. Very comfortable hotel with attractive decor. The "view" from my room was basically onto some brick walls with a glimpse of sky. The room was rather small. |

Room was very clean and great decor Our room was not ready intil 5.15, and check in was at 2!! A complete waste of money as we did not get our moneys worth of the room as we had plans for the evening. It ruined our anniversay |

The design features in the room, the calming ambience of the hotel lobby, the bar - which gave us the best Gin and Tonics....Hendricks!! We were so impressed by the friendly staff, who were helpfull and cheerful, the bed was so comfortable and the linen was to die for - and the Aqua de palma toiletries....a nice touch! |

Design of the rooms, helpfulness of most of the staff, very modern and brand new in a very nice location (near Marble Arch). Internet access was free Although shown on the booking.com website, the spa was not yet ready. It took a day to have the internet access working. The room (even it was an executive room) was rather small and does not have a lot of storage, the price was rather high for this size of room. Breakfast very expensive (27 gbp) while rather standard. I think however that the hotel has a lot of capabilities and can therefore become very attractive, if actions are taken to tackle the above |

I was due to meet my mother at the hotel, she arrived 30 minutes before me and was made to pay the full amount for the stay, even though she repeatedly informed them I was paying and they had my card details. After locating my room i was in a state of shock as to its cramped size and airless atmosphere (5* with 5* prices!). i then went back down to reception to find out the location of the pool and gym also to request a hotel information booklet and directory and a room service menu, (This never materialised durinng our stay. I was informed that the pool/spa/gym was not open yet as the hotel was still being built. Also the main restaurant was not open yet but we could eat in the bar if we wanted. |
