Good location.

For an Hotel that pretends to be a five star luxury Hotel, it is shocking to stay in a basement room with litter outside the window. It gets even worse when this is communicated to management and they are completely indifferent. This was a very disappointing stay.

This hotel is very well located if visiting central London. The rooms are comfortable and the reception staff are always extremely helpful!

As we were dining at Locanda Locatelli (100 mtrs away), location was ideal. Was our 25th anniversary, so upgraded to suite which was superb. Staff was friendly and professional. Would definitely stay again.

Went into Spa area for a swim and steam - for first 10 mins was on my own, which was very peaceful. Then 2 kids came in with their nanny and they were allowed to run riot - not quite so peaceful then!

Staff excellent and could not do enough for us. The room was comfortable but could ahve been bigger. All in all a very nice stay

Its location is very convenient. It's in a quiet neighborhood. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby is cozy and has a nice scent to it. I like the bowl of apples that is placed next to the elevator at every floor!

The corridors are very narrow. The room I stayed in was not in very good condition: the wood on the bathroom door was chipped off, one of the towels had a stain, one of the bedsheets had a hole in it, and some of the hangers had crooked clips.

The decor was beautiful and hotel very clean throughout. The restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel.

I liked the service, the staff were all very warm, welcoming and polite. Our stay (me and 14 year old daughter) was relaxing and good.

The room was very small but clean and nice.

Its location is great, just few steps away of the Metro station and Oxford street. Also, it is very close to the Hyde Park.

The hotel is over-priced compared to all hotels in the area. Its rooms might be the smallest in the area, no services or treatment that 5 or even 4 stars hotels usually provide (they didn't even provide complementary water except for the first day!). I was expecting better services and value to the money, but I counldn't find it!

Rooms are new & very comfortable.

The servicing of the rooms was not up to standard. Yes they were clean, but sometimes towels were removed and not replaced.
