The location. The decoration
I can't open the windows
The hotel is fab . The concierge are well trained . Sandra in the champagne bar was excellent . They gave me a high floor room as requested and sons lovely treats for my wife's missed birthday .
The only thing was the rooms were small . Everything else was excellent
Staff high sense of responsibility.
Great room, upgraded to a suite, which was nice. Spa was nice. Club bar was amazing, great location near Paddington and West End. Luxury rooms, with extraordinary showers and I liked the LED temperature taps. Good food, room service and breakfast. Will stay again
Excellent location , friendly helpful staff , modern and clean rooms, excellent wifi service.
Breakfast was not up to the standard. Queen bed felt bit smaller than usual.
the staff and the standard of the rooms and hotel in general was excellent
New, clean and modern room equipment (e.g. USB and HDMI slots). The staff are very polite and courteous. Breakfast excellent.
Can be pricy in seasons. Small rooms
The staff were nice and helpful
Didnt put water every day
The Montcalm is a lovely Hotel in an ideal location for shopping, site seeing and very close to the underground station. I would highly recommend it.
It was overpriced, the air freshener scent was asphyxiating and the room was minuscule. The double window to the street made it feel really pokey. The Arch, 100m to the north beats the Montcalm in every respect.
Welcoming staff, nice modern room design, very good shower.
Very small lobby, small room, One pillow was over used. the second day they didn't clean the room well and didn't clean the trash can. Breakfast I wouldn't say poor, but I would say it was below normal with small hall. We didn't benefit the pool cos it was under maintenance the hall stay. I think they use niceness of the staff to cover other negatives. Sometimes you feel like to laugh sarcastically with what you see. If you really want to to pay high to pamper your self, this hotel is not what you are looking for. Finally, I think this hotel is way beneath 5 stars hotel.
The cost of the drinks and snacks in the room bar
Good situation Good staff despite a very quick payment Good bed Good bathroom products (Hermes)
Room very small with no view (it was an executive) Breakfast served in a small and noisy room
Very good stay all in all
The room had beed used for smoking in... there was a airfixer turned on, but it just made it worse.
Upgraded to Wow suite and it really was appropriately named! Excellent staff
Fantastic customer service from checking in to checking out. Fantastic customer service from checking in to checking out. Hotel facilities are the best. Top location. Very good value for money.
The glass for the bathroom :)
Can't comment everything was perfect
The housekeeping when clean my room dont put water
Staff, location and quality of Hotel
nothing, great as always
The club lounge, jacuzzi and location.
Poor wifi, it was very slow. Even in the club lounge where they had computers and printers. None of the computers had Microsoft Office so you could not open documents, excel or print flights. Nothing useful, very strange!
On arriving to the Montcalm the entrance was beautiful, very luxurious. I was also upgraded for no extra charge to a suite. There were rose petals on the bed and starlights above the bed. The room overall was comfortable stylish and romantic.
I like the staff smiels all the time and thier greating , The location is vere good near the Oxfordstreet They have free Wi-Fi
The double room bed was too small , and un comfortale with couple ,,
The room was really small and only prepared for one guest, despite the reservation was made for 2; the fresh fruits were all but fresh. Disapointed for a 5 stars hotel.
