Small room

We stayed in Mayfair suite, it was beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent service received from everyone. Restaurant and bar was lovely. Excellent location for shopping too, right off Oxford Street. Close to hop on hop off bus tours too!

Location

A size of the room is to small, and the people who clean up the room did not replace a new soap every day ! Saving money ! Maybe

Staff in all areas were very attentive/responsive without being intrusive The beds were heavenly

Very convenient location and good standard

I had to wait for 20 min to get my table ready for breakfast and at the end I gave up and went to have breakfast outside the hotel.

the location was great very close to Marble Arch and Oxford street and main train stations especially Paddington. The Hotel was very personal with attentive staff. Guest service relations(via email) was excellent and ensured all my personal requirements were met.

Wrong charging for min bar use, though promptly corrected. The mini refrigerator was not cold enough.

expencive according to what it has ,thy gave me the wrong room ,i asked for king bed thy gave me the small one! and thy gave me underground room and i was staying for 6 days with them! thy told me thy will upgrate but thy didnt !

Staff very friendly and sorted most of our problems out as best they could Free breakfasts + champagne as compensation.

Very small room next to elevator - very noisy Moved to different room - bigger but previous guests items left in room, broken light bulb, only one dressing gown/slippers/ and leaking shower with missing tiles.

for a traveller like me 3 times min yearly, should be a espicall rate from hotel sales admin.

Pricey Staff was only somewhat helpful No self parking or acess to my car other than vallet pool can only be used by children after 6pm

Clean, comfortable hotel & convenient to go anywhere in central London. Less than 5minutes walk away from Marble Arch tube station & Oxford Street shopping centre.

Free wifi is difficult to access at times. Price of full English Breakfast a little expansive. Double is a little small for two persons but cozy.

I was totally amazed by the excellent service that the Montcalm provided during my stay for 8 days. Clean, comfortable room and facilities togother with very helpful staff, this is the best hotel that I have ever stayed. Location is another advantage as it is very close to Hyde park and Shopping area on oxford street. Very convenient to go everywhere by bus and tube.

Room was incredibly small for two mature people.

The hotel location is excellent and the hotel was very top class. I was provided with an upgrade which was an absolute treat, just wished I could have stayed longer. Brilliant hotel facilities, such friendly and welcoming staff.

The hotel bar was nice but I didn't like the layout of the seating or the seats, the size of the bar (which was nice) compared to the size of the room was not right, just not designed right.

A number of staff members in the breakfast room are ruining the hospitals reputation very rude housekeeping non consistent on daily service provision is it strange to expect 2 btls of shower gel per day for 2 persons ? cutting costs like that cuts reputation also trays of leftover room service meals left in corridor for 12hrs+

Breakfast as not worth the 20 gbp charge at all. Add to this 15 gbp for an omelet.

Over all, the hotel is nice and the stuff is very friendly and cooperative. The location of the hotel is excellent and it is near to many attractions such as the shopping centers in Oxford Street, Madam Tussauds and Hyde Park.

Some of the room furniture is recommend to be maintained or replaced such as the room desk. Moreover, the window was little noisy.

Hotel is conveniently located and includes all amenities we required. Our rooms were quite and comfortable. Staff were extremely efficient and very friendly.

Replenishment of some small items (toiletries and shoe cleaner etc) could have occurred more regularly.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Upgrade to club on arrival was a nice surprise. Excellent facilities. Perfect location.
