Decent parking,,,good working wifi connection,,, polite staff,,,superb English breakfast. A little gem just outside Loughborough. Would highly recommend this b & b!

Colour on television not working - flickering. Lack of privacy- heard neighbours word for word conversation on phone.

Rooms a bit small

This was my 5th or 6th visit here and I would not book anywhere else when needing to stay in the area. As a solo female traveller I feel safe and comfortable. The closest thing to being at home that I ever experience and the food is better than at home!

its a very good B&B, good value for money, clean, good bed, good breakfast.

Single rooms are small, no desk or chair if you need to do some work.

Location was ideal for visiting local area attractions. Staff were very friendly, room was comfortable and breakfasts were excellent.

the hotel itself is lovely ,very clean and the owners were so lovely,breakfast was excellent.room was clean and well maintained

a couple of things,the bed was two singles zipped together,with two single quilts rather then a double and our washbasin was in the corner of the room because the bathroom was that small

Everything is excellent at The Mountsorrel, good room and food, but particular the owners, who prepared me with a cooked breakfast at 06:15hrs. Good location for visiting the Great Central Railway, 5 minutes drive to Quorn Station

Nothing to dislike here, all good

Friendly and accommodating owners, as nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable and cosy with good food. Overall excellent value for money, would highly recommend.

Staff very knowledgable about local and not so local facilities and ameneties, excellent food freshly prepared, even though in an extended village it is very conveniently situated for leicester, derby, nottingham etc

Attitude or female owner on arrival but this softened considerably later at dinner etc.

People leaving at 5.30am and quite a lot of noise from others bathrooms etc

We found the staff very friendly and our room was exactly what we had asked for. We enjoyed our stay very ,uch.

Breakfast was excellent

The room was very comfortable, but the decor would benefit from being updated/modernised

Very welcoming, comfortable beds standard of cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Whole experience was very delightful and have booked again for a weekend next year.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast room was beautifully decorated and the breakfast itself was delicious. Top marks!!

The breakfast and evening meals were very good. Set in lovely grounds. Handy for visits to Donington Park and also good for local walking.

The location was ideal for where we were visiting, off road parking, lovely owners, lovely breakfast in a lovely dining room.

Could here other guest a bit too easily.

The garden is beautiful

Rooms were bright, Clean and comfortable. Food was excellent and atmosphere very relaxed and friendly. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed the friendliness of all the staff and the excellent food that was served.

Althought the rooms were lovely and clean etc; we did find the single rooms a little small especially the bathrooms.
