beds pushed together/split matress
Good location Room was lovely with a river view Would definetley stay again. The manager of the hotel is very friendly and a credit to the place
Location Good breakfasts Friendly staff Good bar
CIDER & BREAKFAST EXCELLENT
SHAME YOU HAVE TO USE PUBLIC CAR PARK.
The room was excellent. Quirky and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff.
The evening meal was slightly disappointing for the money and there was a long delay for breakfast.
Friendly/Helpful staff Cleanliness of the rooms The view over the river
Warm welcome invite. polite staff. excellent location. Will definitely stay again.
Steep stairs if you stay in room 3.
Everything was great for me. Went to visit family. Loved having a room away from the pub. Room was great
Breakfast is amazing
Having stayed here twice this stay was a contrast to the exceptional room and comfort of the previous visit. The side room is too noisy, I was awoken several times by passers by or the ducks !!
Superb stay fantastic friendly staff Angry Chef restaurant serves amazing food all cooked by not an angry chef but a very pleasant young man & his staff. Have been here before and will return again next year. A most enjoyable relaxing stay
Old Inn right on the river
Everything about the place
Relaxed riverside location, very good breakfast which included fresh fruit salad, excellent croissant, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, kippers and all the other usual choices especially delicious local sausages.
Badly laid out refurbished large bedroom. Furniture badly arranged so wardrobe and side cabinet with fridge in it could not be opened easily due to chests at the end of the bed, despite ample space for alternatives. Bathroom spacious but lacking shelves and shower gel dispensers mounted so shoulders banged on them (could have been located on the bath end wall adjacent to the shower head rail). Both gel dispensers virtually empty on arrival and not replenished when room was made up. Peroni £4.80 per pint.
Very welcoming Georgian Inn on the banks of the river Severn - great atmosphere even better breakfast. Nicely furnished ground floor room with comfortable bed and shower. Free parking close by in towns main carpark.
No complaints whatsoever - thoroughly enjoyable visit.
We loved the setting; so quaint and picturesque. We liked the friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. We liked the food, the bread was gorgeous. We agreed that The Mug House was our favourite stay of the holiday.
Every thing, the position, the swans, the opportunity to view Bewdley, handy parking and especially a delicious breakfast.
Accommodation outstanding Food was excellent
Poor lighting in bathroom
The mug house is a treat to stay at. The food and staff are excellent. The rooms are very clean and quirky. The views of the river are amazing. If you go to Bewdley it's a must do !
Had a room with a view over the river, very nice room lovely sloping floors and wood beams.very clean.was lovely waking up to the geese and swans honking.
Nice and quite but been by the river you have the swans and the ducks but nice to see them.Good real ale.The bar staff. The the lady that cooked the breakfast and the other lady who helped.Free car parking. The possition handy for town.Watching the rowers.Great breakfast.
To start with the lavender bed room needs a good update, needs painting, plaster blistering where rain has come through the cealing, sliding door to bathroom needs refiting and the seetee in the room wants puting in the skip. The owner manager. The one meal my wife and I had was not as good as it should have been I had a problem with mine,i told the watress, she said she would tell the chef.I Told another member of the staff who said he would have words with the chef and allso the owner, when I paid the bill next morning I had a word with the bar lad who said he could not sort it out and he could not find the owner.I Found this very poor treatment as we had stayed there four nights.I Would wellcome a reply from the owner manager.Great staff let down by the boss.
We had a lovely one night stay ,staff lovely, location fantastic, breakfast 5 stars
Location beer and breakfast
Not told about free parking until after paid - nowhere to leave car to check in
The location, the accomodation, staff, quality of food and the sight seeing, not to mention the Severn Valley Railway were all excellent.
