Rooms are large modern and clean and despite warnings from the staff that the pub could get noisy ( the rooms being above), we never heard a thing. Considering the cost of the room and the star rating of the accommodation, I would have expected complimentary toiletries in the bath room (only liquid hand soap was provided). There was no fridge or hairdryer. Little things like milk or a teaspoon weren't there either and the carpet obviously hadn't been vacuumed. It was locked when we arrived at 4.15 with no notice informing when they would be opening up. 2.
