On arrival we were greeted by extremely friendly and professional staff who helped make our stay very very relaxing and stress free. Lovely hotel, ideally situate for shoe and Covent garden area. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will be coming back in April and bringing family from dubai to visit.
Nothing. Fabulous hotel.
Cleanliness and stylish decor. Friendly and efficient staff. Kitchenette very useful. Location fantastic - close to theatres and fabulous restaurants.
Hard to think of anything!
Personable and welcoming staff. Nice atmosphere.
Window could not open! I was offered a room for an upgraded rate, unfortunately. Next time I will remind myself to ask for this when I make a reservation.
Located so close to Oxford Street & in walking distance from most features. Being just off the main road it was quiet and the staff so warm, friendly Obliging and able to direct to major tourist spots - especially Steph and Maria. Good variety of eating and drinking places in the immediate vicinity. Close to Theatres, and the Thames precinct. Rooms clean , TV works as does heating.cooling. We were able to open window to cool room down - Aussies like fresh air!.
Everything - can't speak highly enough.
Nothing - faultless
In a great location. Close to Oxford street and west end. Lovely hotel. Fantastic staff. Had free upgrade.
Trmperature control in room. Very warm even in December with it turned off. Windows don't open. Disturbed night sleep because of this and would put us off staying again.
Very clean and comfortable, faultless staff, particularly Mary Jo.
A perfect Soho bolt hole, with super-friendly staff. The Nadler has a clean, contemporary look, and is welcoming without being intimidating. Well-appointed mini-kitchenette.
The bed was comfortable, if a little small. The geometry of the room meant that one of us was rammed against the wall, necessitating ingress and egress from the foot of the bed.
The moment I walked in to be greeted by smiley friendly and helpful staff. First impressions were chic, modern and very clean . The room was perfect a small double bed for one person so it felt more luxurious than just a single sized bed . Loved the iron and ironing board hidden under the bed. Quirky ! Wardrobe kitchen was perfect ! Would definitely stay again even if I didn't need to be near the centre .
Great room. Upgraded me to the suite which is fabulous. Staff so friendly the location is spot on. Doesn't matter no bar or restaurant as there are loads right by. Will definetly be back.
The staff are extremely helpful. Hotel has no facilities but there is an enormous choice of cafe's, bars and restaurants around the area
The rooms are small.
Very friendly staff, with the hotel being kept to a high cleanliness and minimal look, rooms are perfect for a packed city break, packed full of electric mod cons to suit a buisness traveller or just the city visitor planning your shopping/ sightseeing
Not staying long enough, loved it
Perfect location, great small hotel, clean designed & functional room & bath, unbelievable friendly professional staff (special thanks to Steph & Mary Joe). Just pros, no cons
Great location. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Overall very satisfied.
Great place to stay Free fast internet
-Windows can't be opened, but triple glazing - Small room
Great location in the heart of Soho. Quiet given its location
No Bar, no restaurant, no heart
Location; competent, corteous, and helpful staff.
Street lights coming into my Superior room, during the night (blinds not working as they should); Already knew before reserving a room, but there's no bar, nor any kind of meal service in the hotel. Of course, there're many nice places around where we can go, but sometimes it might feel that all you wished was a lovely diner without having to go out. :)
The staff were excellent and always ready to help.In fact one of the main reasons to stay here is the staff.
Location location location!
location, staff, room(despite the size-really small)
cabs do not go there!! and it was pouring rain
Cleanliness and comfort is one of the most important requirements for me. Location is excellent and so quite, had a great night's sleep, enabling us to tackle the hustle and bustle of London. Would not hesitate staying here again. XX
Can not find a fault with this place. Well worth paying a little more to stay in a place like this.
Unbeliveable kind and helpful, always ready to fulfil every wish.
quiet room- yet just a minutes walk to great bars and restaurants as well as Oxford Street helpful staff at reception
no biscuits/ snacks to go with tea and coffee in room
Travelled all the way from Edinburgh and got the warmest of welcomes. Staff are fab and very friendly. Hotel is spotless and rooms are a good size. Decoration is beautiful. Great location. 10/10 could not fault anything.
