Good value for money for its location
Location was nice Price
Somewhat unfriendly receptionist, and everyone had to pay for the whole stay upfront. Reciepts for paymenets weren't handed directly but had to be picked up later. Breakfast buffet is very minimalistic - only boiled eggs and toast
Within 2 minutes walk of Paddington station and tube. Great Lebanese restaurant just round the corner. Friendly and helpful staff.
Bathroom was on the small size but didn't spoil the stay.
Room was nice, ideal for short weekend. Staff were friendly.
Breakfast is very limited. Ham, cheese, boiled eggs, Toast, or branflakes, cornflakes and porridge. Coffee and poorly made tea. We only ate breakfast 1day out of 2. Tv is very small if you are a tv lover.
Very comfortable and good location!
Room could do with updating and was quite small. "Orange juice" at breakfast was actually orange squash.
How clean it was
No tea/coffee facilities in room
No tea making facilities in room
The location was good and the hotel was clean
We had a room at the front, which was really noisy with the traffic. We had a double room which was only a 4 foot bed against the wall so very cramped as the room was really small. That said it was only £150 for 2 nights in London
Location and parking space. Staff welcoming and so kind and helpful. Spotlessly clean room and dining area, as was the rest of the hotel. Relaxing and pleasant stay.
The hotel exceeded expectations. Great location close to Paddington tube and mainline. Very friendly, helpful staff. Exceptionally clean - the room was a good size, comfortable bed. Reserve free banking just outside hotel.
Hard to fault anything other than there is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the road outside the hotel is busy so with single glaze windows it is noisy for those of us from quieter parts.
Has a lift, ok surroundings
Hot, small........unhelpful staff who made me wait on arrival, tired, late at night, until he inished what they were doing on their computer, had to interrupt them to get them going, disgusting behavior!
the location was great.very friendly staff
construction works next to hotel starting at 8:00 am until 7:00 pm even weekend .Problem with noisy heating waking us up every one hour the whole night. poor or no tv signal 4 out of 7 days
Creaky floorboards over head. Also i feel the radiators needed bleeding or something needing sorting in a toilet. Seemed to be a massive air pocket somewhere , resulting in extremely loud noises at any given time ( 3 am ) wifi power poor even though paid extra for
The location was ideal. The hotel was pretty well maintained. Affordability is reasonable. Walking distance to many places
The breakfast is minimal compared to others we had on our travels. Ham, Cheese, and boiled eggs gets a bit boring after five days. The rooms were very cold with the heating on a timer system. It was only two degrees outside, and one night we slept with clothes on. The Wi-Fi at ten pounds a day is excessive. We bought a pre paid sim and got calls, text and data for ten pounds. [ 3 ] London Transport costs at 12 pounds a day really make you walk more.
Continental breakfast - worst in my life. Sockets in the room - not working. SatTv - not working. Double room in real, is far away from what is shown on internet - small and dark. 4 stars!? Are you joking me?!
The young Italian girl at the reception was really nice and helpful. The hotel is really closed to the metro and you can join the center in 10 minutes.
The breakfast was really disgusting with water coffee, no fruits and no yoghurt!
The shower is appalling. cold water dribbling out for 5 minutes before i braved it. Staff lolling around looking disinterested and disengaged. I think for the price you can do better in London. Breakfast is really bad.
Excellent location (2 min) walk from paddington Helpful staff Limited but free car park ( require advanced booking) Clean Cozy warm room TV working
Car park although free but limited for only 1 or 2 cars WIFI never worked inspite I paid 10 pounds for 24hrs. Small tight room Water in shower was a bit weak.
Moved to 1st floor room for next two nights and very happy here. Much larger room and the twin beds were very comfortable. Tea and coffee available any time of day in the bar.
First night in basement room no. 612. Very small, dark and noisy room next to the breakfast room. Double bed was three quarter size and uncomfortable.
Good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Basic accomodation, comfortable and clean. Exactly what needed when you spend a few days in London. Good value for money. Free parking :-) Very close to tube station.
It is a low budget hotel but breakfast could have been a bit better with more decent coffee and real orange juice.
Convenient location for trains and busses
Had to pay for wifi
Location, friendly staff and clean.
Poor breakfast... Not continental.
the staff is really good and helpful.
I think that pay today for internet 30 pounds is really bad and expensive. Nowadays internet is for free in coffes, restaurantes or hotels. And if you have to pay at least the sign should be good. I paid 30 pound for one week and it was so slow. impossible to watch a movie Also they dont have kettle what is really bad in UK. Thanks
* Professional and friendly staff * Location
* Breakfast could be better
