Warm welcome, easy check in and help with the bags to the room. And the food was excellent too.
Location Value for money Puppies!
Very friendly staff, though rooms are above a bar, the noise was very monotonous and had a very good sleep. Clean, comfortable rooms.
The location is a bit off. Need to order a taxi at least 15 minutes before you need it.
Discovered new area of London. Found new affordable restaurants a short distance from pub not to mention two fabulous bakeries!
No breakfast. Narrow staircase. Pub noise on weekend.
Comfortable room Good breakfast
Further from central London than I realised
Staff was always helpful, cabs, direction, etc. food in restaurant was fine. Room always clean. Location easy walk to tube. Smallness of bar restaurant was nice. No rowdies.
Sleeping was difficult until music stopped from bar below at eleven at night. Think pictures give a deception. Small room. Location for us was fine, but 1 transfer in most cases into London on tube. No heat controls. Windows open to cool.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is brilliant and easy to get to. The room was lovely. Just perfect and excellent value. Would stay next time.
To our surprise we found out that almost the whole stuff is Hungarian! And we were the first guests from Hungary! We had a great full English breakfast in the lovely pub.
Loud music until Midnight
I would definitely recommend the new inn. The service and friendlyness of the staff was outstanding. Couldn't fault it at all. The food was amazing!
Very friendly staff and owner. Excellent breakfast.
We had to wait a long time for the receptionist to show us to our room. He seemed more concerned with dealing with the pub customers.
Food: the pasta of the day (seafood linguini) was the best meal I ate in 2 weeks in London! Really outstanding on this Price of room booked on the day (by London standards) staff were excellent, if a little incongruous with the posh pub. Young bunch of trendy lads who looked more in place at a record shop. Still they were excellent with every request and make you feel at home. Didn't ask for much but got the impression they would go out of their way to help you. Very well run pub Comfy bed Location was great for me. Bit of a trek to the tube but a corner of London i was happy to discover
Bit of noise from the boozer downstairs but fair enough - was quiet by 10pm Tiny TV. Wouldn't have minded normally but godfather II was on! Unwatchable really as the screen was tiny and quite far away from the bed, tucked up just below the ceiling. They could spend a bit of cash and improve this.
We had the first three rooms as you came up the stairs. The location staff general ambience was great. Staff were helpful and informative generally clean
Was quite noisy doors slamming and other guests (could have been staff)coming in later 12.30am and 3.30am had to come past our rooms were a bit like a herd of elephants, but appreciate its a small hotel not sure what could be done but might be useful to know when booking. Biggest problem sheets and pillows smelt stale they looked clean (hope they were)

Lovely, clean accommodation, brilliant staff, great and quiet location. We were more than happy with everything at the New Inn, very comfy beds, super clean, large bathroom. Free Wi-Fi. Duvets to die for! Would stay here again without a second thought!
Beyond the control of The New Inn, but outside our door, room 5, very inconsiderate noisy guests coming in during the early hours kept slamming the door at the top of the stairs. Need to mention but wouldn't stop us staying again.
The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and the area so quiet that we slept easily with the window open. Beds really comfortable and bedding divine. The food quality excellent (the best burgers we've ever had) and atmosphere in the bar very congenial. There is also a very nice dining area with a more intimate feel.
could do with a small fridge in the room and a hook near the shower to hang a towel on! The only real disappointment is that The New Inn isn't a short stroll from my house!
Lovely area, nice pub with great room. Everything I needed for my stay. Convenient for St Johns wood and tube. So everywhere accessible. Lovely ambience.
Can't think of anything negative to say. I would just be making it up.
Such nice staff, they went out of their way to help us feel like at home
On top of a bar, but we wera just fine with that. Closes early anyhow.
history of the greene king pub, pub itself, localisation, climate of the place, clean room, The scotsman,
dirty tables outside the pub, the crew sometimes a little bit like 'lost in time' heroes ;)
Staff very pleasant. Easy access from St.John's Wood Tube Station.
Room 4 shower water pressure not great
The room temperature was absolutely red hot so we found it hard to sleep.
The hospitality of the staff, they always smile and enjoy helping and hearing the customers
The wifi was cutting all the time and the room was above the kitchen so all the cooking and smell enter my room from the window
Staff , music and food.
