The New Osborne Hotel

First impressions whete great nice clean lobby and staff where very helpful letting us store our luggage and carrying it up the stairs for us. Room was excellent. Very clean and beds where super comfy. Towels and tea an coffee where provided along with shower gel and handwas. Only bad thing was the bathroom had a really funny smell sometimes like the drains where blocked. Room was spaceous for 3 girls. Definatly stay again

The rooms were comfortable & warm.

There seemed to be no night staff available and when an argument broke out with the couple in the room next to us (and subsequently into the corridor) no-one was around to help. There was also a lot of noise from the bar which went on until 1.00am.

Matthew did all he could to make stay enjoyable. Bed comfortable, breakfast superb, Would certainly go again.

we stayed in room 8 was really clean bed was comfy we were made very welcome had few drinks in the bar at night time they had karaoke on drinks are very reasonable breakfast was lovely hotels 2min walk from pleasure beach we will defo b back soon 2 visit again

Great room, clean, staff helpful

It was cheap and cheerful, the staff were very polite at all times, very helpful also. Breakfast was good too, definitely would recommend to others, it's not right in the town centre which means you aren't hearing all the noises of people going by!

Our room was a little on the cool side but nothing major

it was really cold the first night we stayed and a little warmer the second night but nothing significant, our room wasnt the cleanest of hotels i stayed in and the shower wasnt up to standard at all.

Excellent value for money, excellent family room and excellent breakfast.

Staff, excluding owner who was very helpful and friendly, other staff were impolite at breakfast time did not speak to us other than to complain that we were 3 minutes early for breakfast.

fantastic owner and staff, made my stay personal and came out during every breakfast for a conversation. Owner has a good knowledge of Blackpool and booked night outs for us so we didnt have to. Rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious and very warm. Showers were really hot(Needed on the Blackpool seafront) 2 minutes walk to pleasure beach, Casino and sandcastle waterpark.

Had an excellent stay. Stayed a few times now and we like it. Staff are realy friendly and helpful, rooms clean and tidy, next door to the pleasure. Nice and quiet if looking to relax but not too far from nightlife.

Our stay was for 1 night. We were put in room 10, when we opened the door, the room was so small we had to walk sideways around the bed. Our room looked nothing like what was on the website. The curtains in the room were dirty and torn, the wardrobe was on its last legs and was leaning to one side, the door would not shut properly. The bathroom was not clean, the shower had pubic hair in it and the shower plughole was full of hair. We decided to see if we could get another room but couldn't find any staff, so we went home, I just couldn't face waking up there. The room needs a good refresh and please swap that bed for a single, it's just way too small.

Breakfast didnt happen because the owners had a fight police emergancy came big punch up in view of all customers owner taken away left breakfast cooking fire alarm went off absalute caos owner arrested we were all left totally in shock u do not behave like this in front of customers unprofessional and the wife who remained didnt even say sorry and seemed unbothered about us only her issue

On road parking if you are lucky. Smokers congregating in main doorway. Rooms and en suites very small. Poor room quality with rickety cupboards. Rooms not made up during the stay. Coffee cups not cleaned or changed. Breakfast from 0900 to 0930

Everything. No heating in room. Rude staff. no parking . Paid £75.00 for a freezing cold room in october. Feel ripped off and disappointed.

Very family friendly my kids loved staying here very nice people. They are having a lot of work done on the hotel I would like to come back and see the difference as you can see it still need a lot of work but still clean threw out and the room was very nice and tidy and the bed was very comfy.

Need to approve on food and the staff in the morning (teenage staff) need to smile more.

The new Osborne was a good value for money hotel with a nice English breakfast suitable for family with children or couples.
