Location was great, right next to pleasure beach. Staff were very friendly couldn't do enough for you.
The shower didn't work. However when we told the hotel they quickly sorted it.
Friendly family environment
The location is perfect for the pleasure beach.
The dirty bed linen. The basic thing you look for in staying somewhere is cleanliness. Luckily the store cupboard was beside our room and so we helped ourselves to clean bedding.
close to the park and it was very quite..
no parking.. the prices for parking was rediculous
staff couldn't help enough from car parking to the bar
Staff where hotel is nice family room
Owner swore at me when complained about breakfast waiting 40 mins all orders wrong fried bread missing chef not turned up so complete chaos at breakfast no back up plan owner cooking so very bad breakfast and attitude.
Excellent location for Pleasure Beach. Pleasant bar and dining area. The bedroom was stylish but comfortable and a large size - this is not an expensive hotel but for quality it put a lot of big, pricey places I've stayed in to shame. Highly recommended.
Value for money Pleasant and helpful management and staff Clean and comfortable room Lovely breakfast
Breakfast was good
The toilet seat make a lot of noise when stand up from it, also the bed make a lot of noise.
location and staff. dining area looked nice and clean.
the shower flooded, no shower mat, slippy,no complimentary shampoo or soap. toilet was loose, seat loose, not a good flush. pub area floor was a hazard, bits of floor were uplifted and tripped over loose flooring.dated.
Hell hole of a hotel. Everything that could possible go wrong went totaly wrong... 3 flights up with young kids. No lift. Room was the worst ive ever saw. No hot water in shower. The list could go on. But the staff were friendly. I think the hotel was better suited to couples with no kids
building was very open and less than a minutes walk to the beach, within walking distance of pleasure beach and pier, lovely long walk to the centre of town on the beach or promenade, safe clean rooms and lovely breakfast. glad we had a key to enter the hotel in the evening and all staff was very helpful. as it was me and my boyfriends first time on holiday together the hotel was really comfortable and he really enjoyed the the full English with 'double up option'.
shower was fairly small.
The beds were the BEST. Really enjoyed my stay. Friends that stop across the road in the travellodge were jealous of our room. Would definitely go back and recommend to others!
Nothing. Everything was spot on.
Stated for 2 days, got a mountain of food for breakfast, they hosts were super friendly and they gave the place a lovely homey feel.
Har to check our before 11
it was a lovely hotel the staff our lovely would defiantly stay here again
nothing everything was perfect
The landlord was very welcoming and the location was ideal for the pleasure beach
Parking was very difficult and although they are modernise the rooms some were tired looking.
The breakfast was great and the location was as required
We had 2 rooms. Room 18 had limited access to the toilet room without banging or climbing over a bed. The room hadnt been dusted in a while with large cobwebs everywhere. The toilet seat was hanging off and no TV remote. Room 6 had cobwebs and the shower didnt work.
The location was good. The owner was friendly, as were the staff at breakfast which was nice.
The room was certainly a cosy double ! This was the first hotel I've stayed at that didn't provide any toiletries, the towels provided were not adult size and the shower temperature was iterative. There was tea and coffee, athough unfortunately my partner cannot have caffeine and there was no decaffeinated. We didn't stay out late either night, and when we go away for breaks we often enjoy a night cap in the hotel bar; unfortunately, as it was quiet, the owner didn't open his bar up. .
The staff and management were really nice and very helpful.
breakfast bed comfort
bathroom too small but served it's purpose for length of stay
The location and price were good. The beds were very comfortable.
The room was very dated and the shower was cold. The margarine at breakfast was out of date as was the milk in the bedroom. We were waiting for around 15 minutes for someone to answer the door on arrival.
Very welcoming very friendly staff. And the breakfast was excellent. Perfect location for us
Nothing not to like. You get what you pay for and we did.
for one night just fine, nice breakfast.
small room window wouldn't close no remote for the tv
We stayed on a Saturday night in November. Warm welcome from the owners, they had even reserved us a parking space with a moped as parking is so difficult around there. Room was clean and had all basics that we needed. Drinks were very cheap. Overall lovely clean B and B and lovely owners. Would definitely stay again!!
location was brilliant, value for money.Cheap and cheerful, just what I expected nothing more nothing less. Pool table was a bonus. If you on a budget its the hotel for you.
Struggled to park. At £30 per room theres nothng to dislike..
