Good,
Score from 98 reviews
“ Staff were very friendly, erase of checking in and checking out. Breakfast was great - something for everyone whether cereal or full english. Can't fault the food and quantity. It is a shame that there was no evening meal, but can understand this as there are plenty of restaurants around. ”

Stoke On Trent

The breakfast was ok. Not greasy and some choices. The price!! £72 for a small very dated room with sloping floor so wardrobe at 45 deg angle! 4 poster bed haha! I dont think so!! For £10 more could have stayed at hilton!! £80 for double there. Only stayed at Osterly cos it by concert venue. Wont be there again!

The location was top of our agenda because we were going to a concert at the Winter Gardens. That was the reason we chose this particular hotel. The hotel was rather tired looking with a musty smell to it. The bed room had a "four-poster" bed in it. This consisted of bed with a wooden plinth around it with a bit of net attached to it!! It also had the slowest boiling kettle in the world. I don't believe we had good value for money, the breakfast was average with possibly the worst coffee I've ever tasted. The owners were very nice people, so no complaints there.

Staff were very friendly, erase of checking in and checking out. Breakfast was great - something for everyone whether cereal or full english. Can't fault the food and quantity. It is a shame that there was no evening meal, but can understand this as there are plenty of restaurants around. I was travelling with my mother who is 80 and we were in the top room with a four poster bed, which we both had difficulty getting into as it was so high, but as I booked quite late I did not have a choice of rooms.

Clean room, comfortamle bed, warm room, really nice and perfect breakfast, kind and lovely receptionists/staff, friendly atmosphere, really cheap, next to the shopping centre, really close to the beach, very close to night clubs, close to the town centre.... The hotel car park was full, so I had to park my car on the street outside the hotel which I had to pay for it and I was only allowed to park there for maximum of 1 hour and half after 9am (so basically I had to move my car by 10:30am) even on Sunday.

The hotel was well located for the beach front and shopping areas, it was very comfortable and well maintained, the breakfast was well presented and plentiful and very good quality and the staff were very attentive and and always on hand to help in any way. All in all I would highly recommend the New Osterley Hotel. Only the fact that they do not serve evening meals as part of your booking.

The owners were very friendly couldnt do enough for us, carried our bags in and out of the hotel, very spacious room and spotless and for bathroom.. Breakfasts were beautiful, on the sunday of our stay was their busyest and they provided a buffet breakfast, saturday and monday morning they were bought to our table.. The staff are excellent, always happy and smiley.... well done The New Osterley, will definatly be staying there again soon, and many thanks for your excellent hospitality... 5 minute walk into the town center... and would recommend Scruffy Murphy's Bar too, steaks are to die for and entertainment day and night, very friendly atmosphere... there was nothing we didnt like about our stay at the new osterley
