Everything about accomadation was spot on run by two very lovely people
There was nothing we did not like
This was a last minute holiday so didn't know what to expect. For the 5 days I stayed there I could not fault a thing, I don't eat big meals so Chris and Mel down sized everything for me, superb cooking. I was the only person there who didn't know all the repeat guests it's that good when people return.
Very friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Location was far enough away to be nice and quiet but not too far to walk anywhere. Nice breakfast.
The fact that we had asked to pay for stay in cash, but found the first nights fee taken out of our visa account
Melanie and Chris were excellent. Needed anything, they were there to assist. Friendly. Made time to teach my daughter and myself some creative art. Breakfast always on time and cooked to perfection.
the friendliness of chris and melanie, they made you feel really welcome, they were all out to please and entertain everyone, food was first class, nothing to much trouble, we wish them all the best in what they do. roger and Sylvia.
A real home from home in an excellent location in Skegness, just five minutes walk from both the town and seafront. I stayed for 3 days with my mother. We had a very comfortable superior twin room which was spacious, and an ensuite bathroom which had both bath and shower. Food was delicious and plentiful. Hosts Chris and Melanie are friendly and sociable. Nothing is too much trouble. No complaints at all. We'll certainly be back. 10 out of 10.
Really friendly and helpful people who run the northdale
It was in a very good location not far to walk into the town, there was secure parking, the owner's were very friendly and helpful, The breakfast was excellent and also there was the option of a evening meal at a very reasonable price. the room was very good and the bed was comfortable. highly recomended
there was'nt anything it was very good value for money. Well done Chris and Melanie
Location Friendliness of staff Food
Good location - everywhere very clean - the bedroom was very large and comfortable - excellent breakfast and very friendly owners - we will return.
I cannot fault the northdale,I have stopped there a few times now and Chris and Melanie are the perfect host. The cleanliness and comfort are spot on,location could not be better, and you have plenty of choice for both breakfast and evening meal.My next visit is already booked
Nothing to dislike
very friendly place, lovely hosts, food excellent, good parking, would highly recommend, looking forward to spending christmas there
When i arrived at the Northdale i was greeted by Melanie and Chris and was offered a cup of tea, which was very welcome after a long drive. My room was brilliant, spotlessly clean, the bed was so comfy. Tea and coffee and also shower accesories in the room, Tv, There is a chair lift to assist people if needed. The breakfast was superb with all local produce, there is also a selection of serials, fruit drinks and fruit. The bar is stocked well, and there is a good range of books to read if you want to. Melanie and Chris are perfect hosts and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is a memorable one. They even arrange games and crafts in the evening if you want to take part. If your going to Skegness this is the place to stop, you wont be dissapointed. I am going back again in the summer.

I have stopped at the northdale before.and i hope many more times.Chris and Melanie look after every one staying there, from the moment you walk through the door.every where is clean and tidy,And the breakfast very nice.what more does one want.
There is nothing to dislike about the northdale.
First class service through out our stay as per normal on our visits to this hotel.
There was absolutely nothing to pick fault with.Melanie and Chris were delightful and certainly go the extra mile.Breakfast was delish with plenty of choice, good location but away from noise. We found a little gem in skegvegas which we certainly intend to visit again.Thank you Melanie and Chris for making our anniversary weekend extra special
Wonderful hotel.Owners very helpful.Beautifully clean. Will go again. In fact. We were so pleased with the accommodation we intend to spend a 4 day Xmas break with them. So pleased we chose this hotel.
Nothing to dislike.
Melanie & Chris were excellent hosts. Very helpful & happy..
Going home.... :))
Everything! Would definitely stay there again. Few minutes from the lively shopping and activity, enabling you to easily access and enjoy the hustle and bustle but just a short stroll along flat roads towards a peaceful nights sleep. The best of both worlds in my opinion.
A rain proof smoking area would be nice.
We were greeted warmly by Chris & Melanie on arrival with a welcoming pot of tea. Our room was on the first floor up a straight flight of stairs of 12/14 steps. I say this as the Hotel is an Adults Only and would not consider them a problem for mature guests. There is also a chair lift to the first and second floors. Our room was nicely decorated, clean and warm with en-suite shower and toilet. To our surprise as it was Valentines Weekend we were also treated to a bottle of sparkling wine. A very nice gesture. The hotel is on a quiet street just off the front and benefits from off street car parking. Breakfast was cereal, porridge, fruit and full English fare and understand that continental breakfast is served in the Summer months. The meal was hot and cooked as we arrived in the dining room. We were visiting Skegness for a concert at the Embassy Theatre, Chris had sourced the Artist that we had seen on the Saturday and his music was being played for us in the back ground during our breakfast on Sunday morning. This really sums what delightful people the Proprietors are, who go that "Extra Mile" to make their guests feel at home and ensure that they have the best possible experience during their stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Skegness, it's location is ideal for the town centre only a few minutes walk away and the various attractions in the area. We wish Chris & Melanie a very successful season ahead. They deserve it.
Greeted at the door by owners and offered cup of tea before being shown to our room which was clean and comfortable while we were there they had problems with radiators but they offered us electric heaters and on the morning we left we were given a box of chocolates for the inconvenience
