Everything was perfect the room was fantastic, spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with lots of choice. The couple Melanie and Chris were very friendly and great to chat to.

The owners were amazingly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay with them was good. Nice breakfast too. Room was of a good quality for a B&B and very clean. Would highly recommend.

It was an excelent stay in all respects so much so that I plan to go back twice this year, once with my daughter & then later in the year with friends.I would recomend the Northdale to any one, from the friendlyness of the greeting, through to the whole of my stay.Food was excelent nothing was to much trouble.

Excellent location, quiet, most friendly welcome, the owners were so polite, kind and accomodating and made our stay wonderful. Great parking, very clean rooms, dining etc, superb breakfast and met with many returning customers that regularly stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

We normally stay in bigger Hotels or Inns and realised this would be different,more like a guest house then Hotel. Chris & Melanie were the perfect hosts and I think anyone offering criticism at these prices must be very hard to please.

The shower in our room had a very poor flow and I didn`t like the fact that the toilet seat would not stay up,my wife obviuosly wasn`t bother by this !

Room too small for two elderly persons, single beds rather uncomfortable, No evening entertaiment probably due to late season

Nothing not too like

The warm welcome cases taken to the room. A very comfortable room and bed. No trouble with a special requested breakfast. Plenty of entertainment provided in the evening for all wishing to stay in and a great sendoff at the end of our stay.

We were greeted as soon as we arrived and offered tea or coffee, the owners then sat down with us and explained meal times etc although there is a lovely illustrated book in the room. We were shown where we would be sitting for breakfast so we didn't feel awkward first time down. We celebrated our wedding anniversary while we were there and on the day I put our cards out in our room, when we came back from our day out we had a tray with a bottle of wine, card and also towels arranged as swans on the bed, that is so very thoughtful and went way above what is required. All we can say is that the owners were so friendly and made you feel very welcome there wasn't anything at all that was a bother we will be back that is fort sure.

I could not fault the northdale,from the moment i arrived nothing seemed to much trouble.on arrival chris made sure there was room for my car, which there was.I was then offered a drink by his wife.The breakfast was very nice,every where was clean and tidy,what more do you want.I would recommend to any of my friends,and next time i am skegness i hope they have vacancies

Home Comforts IsThe Best Way To Sum It Up

Had a great time at the Northdale, only had breakfast which was lovely but they do do evening meals and snacks if required. It was very clean just a few niggles like cobwebs and dusty scirtings in the bathroom. Overall an enjoyable stay and found the owners very nice, friendly and welcoming. Will definately be staying again hopefully later in the year.

The owners Chris and Melanie were very friendly and welcoming. They really couldn't do enough for us despite having a family crisis that weekend. The room was fine although the en suite was small we booked late and got the last room available so that was to be expected. The bed was comfortable with nice crisp sheets. The breakfast was very good, well presented and plenty of it. All in all a lovely hotel which we will recommend.

There is nothing to complain about!

Chris and Melanie were really nice, from the moment of arrival to departure, nothing was too much trouble, had a great time and will be coming back
