Our hosts were delightful and did everything they possibly could to make our stay as enjoyable and relaxing as it was. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other people looking for a pleasant short break. |

I was a bit worried about the location of the hotel, but it was fine - an easy bus ride to the center of town. There were plenty of options for food there, and a very friendly atmosphere. It seemed to be the neighborhood hang-out and very welcoming. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. They left breakfast on a tray outside my room since they knew I had an early start. I'm very torn about this b/c in lots of ways it was great, but a few things did really bother me. A couple of months prior to my intended stay, I received a call from the hotel wondering where I was, as they had me booked for that night. It turns out they had written my stay on 2 dates, so I did have my room reserved, but it made me nervous. |

The staff are extremely hospitable. The room was spacious, clean and well arranged. It is a bit far from the city center (£10 by taxi from Waverly Railway Station). The room door shuts (locks) on its own. If you forget to take the key before stepping out, you cannot enter without help from staff. |

Family run business with an eye towards hospitality and service, excellent. Early closing of the bar. We were staying at the hotel to use the conference facilities, by the time we had finished with our delegates (11.00pm) the bar was closed and we were left high and dry, straight to bed then!! |

bedroom looked attractive it was too small for someone arriving a little late - we had a carryout meal in the bar, but at least the staff helped with that. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was enjoyable. It is a good idea to have a key that opens the front door at any time, as one can stay out without the need to rush back to the hotel. |

The rooms were to a very good standard for the price. The staff were excellent and suited my business purpose extreamly well as it was close to the airport without the airport prices. |

Richard and his staff looked after us from the time we walked through the the door on the Friday evening until we left on the Sunday lunch time. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were warm and freindly throughout our stay. We will be booking again later in the year. |

Staff were friendly and helpful Noisy bar below the room with loud music, unable to relax and fully enjoy time spent in the room in the evening, therefore this does not reflect the price paid for the room |

All the staff were very catering and helpful. It was close to the city centre (about 10 pounds to take a taxi) and it was quiet at night. |
