Breakfast is served daily from 08:00 until 09:00. There is a range of hot items available, as well as vegetarian options, fruit juices and cereals. All breakfasts are freshly cooked to order.

An iron and ironing board are available on request.

No hot food is allowed in the bedrooms. If you bring food in, please feel free to use the dining room.

The rooms are cleaned daily for guests staying more than one night. Please can you ensure that you vacate your room by 11.30 to enable this to take place.

Falmouth is a place of natural beauty, with outstanding scenery and coastline. Steeped in maritime history, the narrow cobbled streets follow the waters edge from the Prince of Wales Pier through to the recently built National Maritime Museum. You will find shops, galleries, a theatre, pubs, clubs, live music and a fine selection of restaurants catering for all tastes including, of course, seafood and local Cornish fare.

Falmouth boasts the 3rd deepest natural harbours in the world, and provides numerous opportunities to access the water: a leisurely boat trip from The Prince of Wales Pier, to a faster, safari-style trip to search for some of the local marine life. Or, you can enjoy a short ferry crossing to a nearby village that hugs the waterside and oozes quaint, idyllic charm. A yacht charter will allow you to see some of the most stunning coastline in Britain.

The harbour and creeks provide arguably some of the most attractive sailing and diving waters in the country. Local pleasure boats offer trips from Falmouth to Truro, travelling for an hour inland along the River Fal and stopping at some fabulous locations, such as Trelissick, Tolverne, St. Mawes and Malpas.

The Falmouth Golf Club is located right on the cliff top and enjoys uninterrupted views across the bay. Ships n' Castles fun pool is nearby for a swim. The main beaches: Castle, Gyllyngvase, Swanpool and Maenporth are all within a few minutes’ drive. Sub tropical gardens can be found along the coastal route in the direction of the Helford Estuary.

One of the predominant landmarks of the area is Pendennis Castle with its views across the magnificent harbour to St.Mawes Castle. Both of which are great places to visit at any time but during the summer months they host a number of outdoor events.
