We were relocated by the owners of the Oasis to their Hotel The Park Grove on Kimberely Grove: Staff friendly and helpful and in spite of some remedial work going on in the hotel disruption was kept to a minimum. We were kept informed of any potential problems and the staff were informative and transparent. Breakfast was well cooked and more than adequate for starting the day. The beds in our room were quite the most comfortable I have slept in for many a year and the room very quiet. We were very surprised to find out how many people had been staying at the Guesthouse in the morning. Its location in Falmouth is ideally suited for the historical centre of the town, just far enough out to avoid any noise but close enough in to make for a good walk through all the main areas of attraction. A very good place to stay to introduce yourself to Falmouth.

Sue, the proprietor, was extremely helpful and friendly. The familily room was a bit compact and was pleased only one of our two children was with us, having both there would not have worked as the top bunk would have been too cramped

Warm welcome, generous breakfast, plenty of channels on tv. My single room was rather small for a tall person! Easy to bang head on tv and en-suite ceiling.

I have stayed there before and always receive a very warm welcome from Sue. I didn't actually stay at the Oasis, Sue rang me and I stayed in her other GH. The survey relates to the Park View.

Very welcoming, and relaxed. Staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable, and had all the facilities you would require. Very comfy bed, and nice and clean. Would definately stay here again, and would recommend for families and couples. Great breakfast!

The ladies running the Oasis have a great service ethos, nothing was too much trouble. They proactively changed rooms for my mother-in-law who walks with a stick. Very perceptive to people's needs I think we were just unlucky that when we stayed the central heating had broken down. They were genuinely upset and apologetic that this had happened. We were philosophical about it, these things happen. Everything else was fine.
