difficulty of approach to carpark and time restrictions on High Street.

Beds were extremely comfortable and bedding was appropriate for the climate. Staff were excellent and we were able to leave the car in the park for the day. Breakfast was more than adequate and location is very central.

The staff were exceptional. So friendly and helpful...best customer service I have ever seen at a hotel abroad.

Friendly staff, fantastic rooms, great food, free sightseeing tour. nothing was too much trouble.

Difficult location of Parking lot

Fabulous location. Exemplary staff. I was accommodated promptly for an early sign-in. Stayed in Room 40, which has a lovely view over High Street. Easy access to bus to Heathrow.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful . The hotel itself is very tasteful and contemporary without taking away from some of its original features. There are some great original artwork around the hotel.

It's hard to find , but if pushed I'd say the mirror in the bedroom , it looked out of place in terms of design.

This is an excellent, classy hotel with very friendy, professional staff and beds that are just to comfortable for words. And the restaurant is top drawer too.

Great location, great atmosphere. Restaurant food good modern cooking, very popular and buzzy. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful - nothing was too much trouble.

Just about everything! The ambience was superb, we loved the bustle of the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff. We hope to spend time again in Oxford as there is so much to see and we would be happy to stay ayt the Old Bank.

Traffic tnoise and the occasional reveller in the small hours. We might ask for a rear-facing room next time

The general ambiance is extremely appropriate for Oxford--elegant, yet comfortable; modern touches, traditional values.

Didn't find a good gym at the hotel.

The staff is really friendly and finish things quickly.

I love the location, had a room overlooking the spires. The bed was very comfortable.

The fact that the taxis you ordered for us charged various prices for the same journey over the same length of time.The price varies between £4 and £11..you need tochange the firm you use.
