Great little place. Helpful staff, clean and well kept, and loved the honesty box at the bar. Rare to find a place as lovely as this. Fab breakfast provided too.

Perfect location away from town but only a very short walk away. Friendly helpful staff and the room was just amazing. Nice area to sit outside and have predrinks from the honesty bar which is a brill idea... Also breakfast was yummy!
That we only stayed one night...
This b&b was set up a side street which was ideal as a base to explore Blackpool, it was quiet and the room was much bigger than the average b&b.
The curtains and some furnishings were a bit dirty looking but on the whole it was clean
Staff were professional yet friendly. Everything was clean tidy breakfast was plenty and unhurried and it was unusually quiet inside so No being kept awake by the noise of other guests
Located on a lovely quiet street five minutes from Pleasure Beach. Very pretty hotel with every comfort you could need. Beautiful, bright and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Lots of extra special touches i.e. hairdryer, clock radio, marvellous range of teas and other hot drinks in room. The bedroom and bathroom were immaculately clean and tidy. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful.
Nothing to dislike.

Well maintained clean and friendly hotel
Very close to pleasure beach and South Blackpool train station. A lovely garden, very well kept old coach house, and the rooms are fantastic. Lovely bath, shower, and cleanliness was very good. Would stay here again.
me and my wife had a brill time ,we will be back, thanks for a great time
Enjoyed the peace and quiet at this hotel and a bonus was the parking facilities, really enjoyed the buffet style breakfast always plenty of choice either for continental style or full english and liked that the plates were kept warm. The rooms were spotlessly clean with the bonus of a four piece bathroom hot water was always plentiful with fluffy white towels.
The only dislikes were the quality of the sausages.
Very clean, lots of choice of tea and coffee plenty of milk and a decent hair dryer ( not a small one with no power ). Very clean and cosy 10/10
the location was very good. the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was great.
i complained about some stains on the bedding. It was not seen to and the wet towels were not changed. The breakfast was not good either, poor quality.
